  1. Everyone was OK thankfully. Oncoming car lost control on a bend and came across onto our lane. No where to go so he hit us and we ended up hitting a bank to the left which caused us to roll. Feel very lucky... Other driver charged with careless driving.
  2. Hi all, appreciate all the comments and advice. Mrs car was written off this weekend; therefore that upgrade is happening somewhat sooner! 350/370 will have to wait until Christmas time. Appreciate all the sc advice and think the idea will be to buy a late 350 or early 370.
  3. Thanks for this. In light of your comments I think the best option would be to buy a later HR 350 or potentially a 370 and keep it relatively standard. This I guess will give me the best resale value too? £9000 doesn't seem cost effective on a car of a similar value when I imagine the resale is a much more specialised market and therefore harder sale?
  4. Hi all, So a bit of background is I used to work for Audi Sport, so have had every RS and S except the new RS5 which let's be honest is a flop! Anyway the issue with the above is I have been spoilt when it comes to power and performance... That said the 350 would be a weekend car as my Mrs has her own car which we will upgrade next year; therefore 350 would be less than 5000 per year. The car will be used on track depending on whether it gets supercharged or not. So my thought process and please correct me if I'm wrong. If I get a rev up I can supercharge with Horsham for circa 4k whereas the HR will cost 6k+ I estimate the cost of the car to be 10k ish plus 5k ish for mods so 15 all in. Baring that in mind would you recommend getting an older rev up and charging or a 370 for 14 and just do exhaust etc to keep around the 15 mark? A side note: in 2019/2020 I will doing the Caterham academy so residual value would be a slight consideration as I would probably lt have to sell the 350 to keep the wife happy. Thanks in advance for any advice and will look forward to hopefully meeting you soon at an event.
