  1. You're welcome mate, hope its not too painful.

I can almost guarantee that you will be needing that torch again.

In the end I used an angle grinder to cut off the nuts from the studs (takes ages with little space under jacks), removed the y-pipe, then added heat to the cat flange + stud to hammer the studs out. Think the cat studs have splines, so no threads, so they are easy to heat and hammer out.

  2. If it's rusty then this job can turn into a total nightmare, if things get out of control your local exhaust place can help with removing studs with heat etc, best of luck pal

  3. It's best to replace all the hardware when changing over the pipe so remove the studs from the cat to y-pipe join and then you can just fit new bolts all the way through instead.

I just swapped over my y-pipe myself and would recommend you get six M10 40mm hi-tensile steel 8.8 bolts. You can order these from eBay for under £5.

  4. I'm after a Zenclosure sub box for 350z, either 10 or 12 inch.

I can order from Zenclosure but international shipping cost more than the product it's self lol.

    Thank you

I will give you my sub box with sub for free if you pay postage. I sold it to a mate over a year ago then he gave me it back as he then sold his Z. It's been in my grans house for ages and she wants rid of it. It's not a double one like the zenncloser ones but its perfect fit with the thin boot carpet. Check the start if my build thread if you wnat to see what it looks like.

If for some reason OP doesn't take this I'd love to pay for it from you, second dibs if you must

  5. 370z rays coming off, excellent condition except for a 1cm light scuff on rear left. OEM bridgestones all round, about half worn but not checked thoroughly. I'd need a good offer since my friends made me a fairly good one already.

What size and width are your 370z wheels? Do you have the correct nuts that go with the 370z wheels still as it's my understanding that you need different ones to the 350z wheels?
