Looking good. Isn't it an idea to make a kind of intake box so hot air won't be entering the itb's? Saw this somewhere and thought this would really help the heatsoke problem. Just an idea

Damn that's sexy.

Any updates yet? Can't wait to hear the beast growl again.

The uprev remaps the basic table but the ECU will relearn to get as close to the input you've selected.
-
I have the uprev tuner, when I change something to the car I'll drive a bit to warm the car up and log it. Then change everything so the afr is spot on.
My log file contains:
- afr
- rpm
- air flow
- nock
- and some other useful stuff
So the first time I changed something the car was already lean. This is most common when modding 350z.
-
I have berk cats and a circuit werks resonated y-pipe and stock back. No problems with mot (netherlands) and noise. But noise is personal.
-
No, it was on the road so the hood was closed.
I started with this one, this was stock filter vs no filter, only a panty hose for some testing only.
(The orange line is with only a panty hose, the reason it was worse in the middle of the graph was because the afr was way to lean)
I started with some changes to the car. First was a plenum spacer, second was sport cats and found out that the changes weren't as good as I hoped for. Thought maybe it's the filter/Inlet and then found out that the stock filter was a big restriction as you can see in the above graphic.

Blue line is stock air flow
Orange line is with Mishimoto
The air flow is from the MAF from the 350z, so there was a good gain over stock. Don't know what a drop in does, but the difference would be smaller.

Even though I expected a certain amount of problems that doesn't mean it's acceptable and I have got onto the supplier about the various issues especially as they suggest that this is virtually a bolt on kit
I'll hope they fix some issues you are talking about. Maybe then they can sell some itb's to less smart/handy people like u, for instance me

When you go all the way:
Or just stick with stock plenum and a spacer when you have the de, when you have the revup then stick with stock.

This is going to be so nice

Looking very nice, am searching for a option as this as well, much easier to tune the car this way then with the tablet on my lap.

Cool, can't wait to see some results.

Take off the dash and see if all the connections are good. Think that's the problem.

Much better, so addictive

Hey Andy, everything is looking good. Can't wait for the sound.
Maybe something like this against the heat: Heat shield jenvey
Would be nice to complete the kit without doing something with the bonnet. Maybe a HR bonnet when this fits better.

How is the car running now? Can't wait to see (hear) the car passing by.

Damn, just bought these lines 2 weeks ago. Nice quality!

As above, the standard settings is the remap.

Hi Andy,
Wich small amplifier did you use and how did you connect it to the Bose amp? Just bought a 8.9 inch pipo x9s and want to built it in to the car for tuning, music and digital dashboard. Am now using a 10inch tablet as mentioned earlier but this doesn't work for me anymore :-)
