I think they disable auto up on passenger windows in the EU for safety reasons!

I thought I was on my own on this one. Mine doesn't go up even from the driver's side. Very annoying, anyone have any ideas on wiring to fix this?!

Driving after imbibing too may burgers is not advisable, and doing do-nuts in the campsite will quickly alienate you.

I was just pulling away, forgot it was there and it was just low enough so I couldn't see it.. Then all of a sudden I hear a bang and knew straight away .

It was in the morning when lots of people were packing up to go so everybody was watching too . You're probably right, too many under cooked sausages and burgers

You'll get away with a bumper corner blow in if the painter is skilled enough but that said it is a 3 stage pearl so I know a lot of people will run a mile from painting it never mind blowing it in

Fill it. Primer it. Wet sand it flat. Then get the whole car vinyl wrapped.

So the pearl touch up stick above wouldn't do the job?

It'll probably do for what you need mate but only expect to take the eye off it. You won't be getting it anything close to repaired

Ran into a BBQ when camping (doh)..

Couple of scrapes that will polish out, but there are two chips. Not overly noticeable, but you should see the BBQ..

Paint is Storm White. Read somewhere that they don't do a touch up stick because it's difficult to get the colour just right and you need 3 different paints.

Is this true? Would this really be necessary for such a small chip?

It's amazing how much better they make the whole car look.

You'll be constantly looking at other peoples cloudy lenses now thinking "if only they polished them up their car would be so much better"

Anyone tried the Meguiars Last Touch Spray Detailer 3? Same effect as Autoglym rapid detailer or is it worth just paying the extra?

Been going through rapid detailer like it's water recently and I found this on Amazon. 3.78 Litres that can be diluted 1:1 so almost 8 litres of quick detailer for £30.

Great looking Zed and not surprised that you're blown away coming from an FN2, ...I wasn't overly impressed with mine when I had it tbh although definitely one of the best 2 Ltr NA engines in any car ~ love VTEC.

 

I actually loved it and was sad to see it go. But was only my second car so didn't have much comparison. VTEC ftw

The FN2 CTR isn't a bad car just sadly for me I felt it was a bit lacking as a drivers car.

Great engine no doubt but I just felt it didn't handle all that well through corners at speed. Definitely wasn't as good as my previous CTR I'd had some years earlier which was the EP3 version which had much better handling imo.

Looks pretty neat, yeah I heard they didn't handle as well as the EP3. Not sure the difference was as extreme as top gear made out though.

Both of my windows won't open until the engine is on and I can't even auto-up the passenger window :wacko: .

Anybody had this issue or is it just a 'Feature' ? Maybe there is a fuse?

If you search ebay they have the Xanavi 2012-2013 map update which was the last update available for the 2009 model satnav, it's about £15 instead of the £150 from nissan so I thought im willing to spend £15 for the chance to search just by post code. It does seem a bit sketchy but im willing to at least try and report back any success or otherwise. http://nissan.naviga.../NissanEMEA/GBP is the link to the official nissan page although I'm not sure if its the premium 2 or 3 thats needed.

Would be interested to know this, have a Nissan connect x9 which seems like it has never had an update. Would be interested to see if I could pay the £35 for mine instead of the £150 from Nissan

After a month or so of lurking and browsing cars I Picked up a metallic white 370z on Tuesday and have been like a little kid on Christmas day ever since, absolutely love the little(ish) thing.

Really want a new exhaust already, but I honestly can't fault a single thing a part from that. Even plenty of room for my 6 foot 6 body lol.

Moved from an FN2 Civic Type R and am blown away.

Pic is my 370 with my buddies Fiesta's.
