  3. The Gt4 is back with them they just bumped the price up same day and haven't actualy done anything to it. soo dont buy #17 GT4 any one! as for the HR the price was good was in a crap part just out side of london., like i said the wing is in need of a respray and needed 2 new tyres as i left, the guy was a taxi driver and had it for 2 years and only did just over 3000 miles ish, where it had been sitting it sounded like the brakes were rubbing checked em out nothing.. turned out the end of the propshaft the connects to the gearbox has a metal cover it was lose, so i gave it a couple of clouts with a hammer and its nice and tight and the car feels so much better in every way to the GT4
  4. Privet sale, the wings and wheels are what bought the price dcown
  5. GT4 .. gone! saga finished. i have just bought my self a 2007 350Z HR 93K on the clock, Silver, satnav, black leather, Brand new MOT, i just put 2 new tyres on as the fronts were shot. after market exhaust, Recent Clutch, HKS air filters. Some service history, 2 Keys. Down sides - been sat for 6 months under a tree and the left wing needs a respray as its pulled the lacquer off and the wheels need a refurb, apart from that was a steel i hope at £6350 Pics to come tomorrow.
  6. He is top of my shi* list at the moment. :boxing: my bad. thats why i refrained from posting , just some one asked.
  7. i was half tempted to take the 1200 hit becaue i know i can go get a HR for that money but i wanted a gt4 because of the how few there are 176. but i hear you and if this doesnt work out to be honest its so stressful checking the oil level all the time.that il just get a crapper and run that and stick to having nice motor bikes.
  8. thats because its them offerit to jsut buy it back not them accepted it as rejected lol they showed me it was messy under the plenum.
  9. im not going to take a £1200 hit, id rather fight it, but if the oil issues goes away from the rocker covers leaking, and it really was mainly to the inlet side. then ye,
  10. latest is i attempted to return it, he offered me £1200 less we had an argument, in the mean time a mechanic had it apart and the passenger side rocker cover was actually leaking over 2 plugs and around the seals was also leaking around most of the rocker cover so they said they will change the spark plugs all 6 of them and order in a rocker cover, i then agreed to see if the silicon fix they had done makes any difference, iv done 300 miles and it seems steady.. so maybe it was seeping all along. he biggest pain is the dip stick and making sure i remove it the same way every time other wise it reads different. edit: the silicon fix is around the plug gaskets, and around the outer gasket
  11. no need to get narky, now i know what was meant i can get on with it.
  12. Thanks for the insight to that. i do feel well out of my comfort zone admittedly
  13. please talk me through this, it might sound silly, but they clearly arnt interested, so i take the car back they say they dont want to refund me ect, no issue and so on. i leave the keys and everything on the table. and leave. then..?
  14. all well in doing that, then im tottaly car less and 4k down from my px!
  15. that sums it up. so do i just go to my CC and let them deal with it? or do i say come and get it like iv been saying for the last 14 days?starting to get cold riding the zx10R lol
  16. in an earlier email they said they will drive it around for a week to gauge the apparent issue . my issue is i put money on them saying its not using any oil ect and then il have to go collect no doubt.
  17. after no call i decided to email again.. they layer came back to me saying this: Dear Our Client : 1st Choice Cars Limited Our client has consulted us with reference to your earlier e-mail, the content of which is noted.
