  1. I purchased a seibon bonnet which is now at the paint shop. I originally wanted it the same colour as the car but the the sprayer suggested it black with a pearl in it. So got me thinking now.

Could someone please make my eyelids black along with the eyelids.

Is it possible to put a vented bonnet into photoshop?

    Suggestions welcome thanks.

I played about a little and came up with these, not the best but you get the idea lolpost-28243-0-97910400-1454962861_thumb.pngpost-28243-0-79211900-1454962841_thumb.jpeg

  2. Wow indeed !!! I've spotted a gtr up my way (Buckie, Scotland) and up close it looks amazing. At that price I could only dream of such a car.

I wish you good luck and hope you manage to get yourself one :)

  3. That should be what you are looking for, so just quote that to your Nissan parts department.

And check that it fits all locking nuts before you store it in the boot.

Cheers zmanalex, thought I'd check here first to see if there was any one that might have the similar key. I know they are usually unique but there must be some that are the same surely lol

  4. Might be a silly question but have you checked where the car jack etc are kept in the boot. Also the storage cubby hole behind the passenger seat and under the false floor in it. In any of the door pockets?

Not a silly question at all, but I've checked everywhere I can think of.

The part number that you have provided is for the complete wheel nut locking kit and will bare no resemblance to the locking socket.

Have a look in the car for a small plastic bag with the locking socket part number on it.

Failing that, head to Nissan as most dealerships keep a master socket set.

Last resort, buy an emergency locking nut removal kit, and get the old locking nuts off and then buy another set of new locking nuts

That would explain why when I look for that part number a totally different set show up.

I have that bag you mention, I'll check and see, there's a keycard number, would this be it do you think ? Thanks for your replies

  5. I currently have 3 locking wheel nuts on but the guy at the dealers didn't including the key for it, all the paperwork for the locking nuts but not the key itself.

The part number for it is ke409-89950nd and it looks like this

  6. Whenever your around this way really, I'm off work on the sick at the moment so could spare some time to see such an awesome car.

Might be a couple weeks but I'll give you a shout when I'm heading that way.

Give me an add on Facebook if you want - Jeff Glass

No worries, anytime your over. I'm in Aberdeen for an operation on 16th, could possibly even meet up briefly around then.

  7. I believe I already have GMballistic, very nice indeed.

I've had mine for almost a year now but haven't really hand the funds to do anything major to it, but reading all the builds, I can definitely see me getting zeditus lol

So far all I've done is replace the head unit and painted/hydrodipped a couple of bits under the bonnet

You've already got Zeditus by the sounds of it and you don't even know it. :surrender::lol:;)

It usually starts out small like stereo upgrades or buying a stubby aerial. :scare:

I'd say your right the mate haha

  8. I'm not sure what the wires are exactly but from memory on my install, one of them had to switched round because power wasn't going to the amp.

I don't currently have the connector for the steering controls so mine may be a little different. I'll pull my unit out tomorrow and check for you as I'm running a pioneer too.

A pink wire springs to my mind.

This might even be helpful to you, http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/55445-wiring-in-a-new-hu-this-guide-may-help/

Maybe the black and white loose wire is a ground that's not been connected.

    Hope it helps
