  1. Hi all

Sold my 370Z, had these exhaust short tails sitting in the garage and never got around to fitting.  Unused, as new condition.

These short tails are meant to sound very good, there is a video on YouTube if you search "370Z short tails cybox" the white 370Z (not mine, was the same colour though), you'll get the idea of how these sound and enhance the standard exhaust.  These are a bargain for some one out there!

    Please PM me if interested.

***  Reduced  to £130 no offers please.  Collection only from central Milton Keynes area.  ***

  2. Congratz on the GT Edition. Looks good.

I'm just returning to the forum too, bought mine last Feb, done 900 miles in it as had a hell of a busy year, but intending to get it out a whole lot more this year. Vid of it in my garage...

  3. Hi all, odd one... Moving home soon, new place has standard size 7ft wide garage doors, garage opens out once in, I've checked the dimensions and looks like the 370Z is 6.1ft wide. Anyone got any experience in getting them through tighter entrances? Measurements suggest there's 11 inches width available for it to pass through. My current garage entrance is easy as it's a big old wide garage, over 8ft at the entrance... Bit nervous with the tighter modern doors and frame.

  4. The price sounds good (low) for 24k miler 370. I l have looked at mostly everyone that's come up for sale in the last 3 months. I'd expect a Cat D around that price and miles, so get it HPI'd. If it was 24k miles and in top condition needing nothing, I'd expect to see a 2009 low miles for 16-18k private, bit more from a cencent dealer with warranty. Of course depends on condition, miles, year which in that order I buy on.

Personally I'd only go for one with factory sat nav and can if I wanted sat nav, modding can look great but will deter certain onward potential buyers. I like a car standard, with only exhaust and intake mods acceptable to me, but that's just me.

Its probably a good car though and if you're willing to spend the money and time on it as a project and do it right, then you won't regret it. If you're going to spend thousands putting it right however, a clean no issues car with a full unbroken history is out there. If I read it right, no history since 2012, that would put me off. I saw some bad cars in dealers when looking, some of which seemed to have been there for months. Maybe even try push harder on the price if you truly think there's a great car there once you've finished doing what you want to it and spending the money doing so... Great cars to own and drive, already love mine.

  5. Ahhh.......the first day of Zed ownership is such a memorable one.

I remember driving around for hours listening to a Missy Elliot CD on loop

Congratulations and hope she brings you as much joy as mine has

I was driving around listening to some rock music with no interruption, it was a radio station, but may as well have been a CD, somehow seemed appropriate so I didnt even play with the radio or put a CD in :-)

  6. Ive seen that Ammo NYC vid and watch a lot of his, explains things very well. Don't worry guys, I can assure you, the 370 will be washed correctly, I am terrified of swirl marks and paint blemishes! My 330 is 12 years old and looks very clean consider its age, but only 86k miles. Though it didnt need anything more than a sp**** down for its sale tomorrow ;-) (Im also getting up and putting new oil in it, every 6000-7000 ive changed it.

Anyway, back to the Zed, few wet pix coming soon...

  7. Funny comments guys! It's all good, better than my expectations to be honest. It looks like new, smells like new, drive great, though had to take it easy as raining! Happy with it, no issues to report thankfully, it seems to be almost new! Very very happy.

Had to spend a couple of hours giving my 330 M Sport a sponge down before that gets picked up tomorrow. Took a few pix, will post them up soon. Also had to through a bit of clean water over it after the road spray out there today...

  8. Ok thanks, I was asked if I wanted it hence the question. The attractive piece sounded like you'd not have to polish the car again, not sure if that's right / true or not...

  9. Fair play mate. I put a deposit down on my first zed without seeing it. Never again. Took their word for condition and it was shocking.

Hope all goes well though. But ultimately if your not happy when it turns up, turn it down

Been there on the last one (wasnt a grey Roadster?) spent my weekend travelling to see it and returned on the train. This is from a Nissan dealer, they adhere to certain criteria, so it should be as described, the video was a 5 minute walk around with commentary. If it's @*!#, it goes back, simple, at their cost ;-) If it's what I want and expect, all good.

What were the issues with the one you refer too?

  10. ... 370 GT Edition, pearl white, 17k miles, 2011, fully serviced by a Nissan dealer up north, where I've bought the car, Im not even going to look, it's being delivered!

Car has an NG11 plate, if anyone thinks they know of this one. Only "marks" on the car I am told are some scratches to the door entry plastic kick plates passenger side. Also from a vid I was sent, a little bit of seat bolster creasing, which doesnt look too bad, not as good as the best I've seen, not as bad as the worst by far! And I can get that sorted easy enough, both things.

Anyway, pic attached from the vid they sent, best I have right now.
