  4. Cheers GMballistic...thats my de-stressing tool lol
  5. I'm heading down the route of a set of high flow cats a mate has offered, the only thing I'm worried about is there off his 03 and trying to investigate if they'll fit my 06. Leave it with me though
  6. Cheers guys! Road tax is a f*cker at €1809 per annum but she's soon to be reclassified as an, ahem, commercial vehicle.... 95 ron fuel doesnt seem to be causing any issues yet anyway
  7. Sorry lads I'm trying to get the brand, these cost 450 or so, should be something decent
  8. Been offered a good (not ebay) set of cats a mate bought for his 2003 350z but never got around to fitting, would they go on my 2006 lads? Worth the effort with a stock exhaust I wonder?
  9. Cheers guys! Road tax is a f*cker at €1809 per annum but she's soon to be reclassified as an, ahem, commercial vehicle.... 95 ron fuel doesnt seem to be causing any issues yet anyway
  10. Cheers Lex, spotted that in the threads the last few weeks, after looking at a few youtube vids I'll sacrifice a pony or two for that lovely induction roar though mate!
  11. I'm in my mid thirties and like my comfort lol, if I want balls out speed I'll jump on me bike!
  12. New black Nismo centre caps on the way also...
  13. Dont get ya mate? Before and after is it?
  14. Cheers Ekona, was thinking that would be the most restrictive part of the exhaust. I think I may have confused myself by overeading threads here lol!
  15. Cheers lads! Looking for some cost effective mods at the mo, have ordered a pop charger purely for the noise lol, was thinking of a set of fleabay decat pipes. I'm bloody miles from a rolling road so thats out of the question unfortunately!
  16. Hey guys and gals, newb from southern Ireland who recently picked up a 2006 350 Gt, my query if anyone would be so kind to answer , is whats a good starting point for more power without breaking the bank? A rolling road tune would be fantastic but unfortunately here its just too far! So far she's been given a full service, I've redone the flaking wheels in BMW A32 Sepang Bronze, ordered carbon eyebrows, some new Nismo badges and black repeaters, after lots of research I've also ordered the JWT popcharger purely for the nice induction roar. I've read umpteen articles here and have been very close to ordereding a set of decat pipes off ebay. I dont want a loud car, just to release a few extra ponies for giggles.... I own a garage here so labour isnt an issue, I just dont want to pump a fortune into it is all, a few choice cost effective mods would be great! Thanks all, Jay here she is at the mo....
  17. Hey guys and gals, newb from Southern Ireland here, recently bought myself a 2006 350Z GT Spec. Came with the full Nismo spec kit as well as the rest of the goodies! Loving it so far which I'm surprised at considering I expected it to feel slightly underpowered from what i've read. I own a garage and have owned lots of high performance cars such as M3s, Evos, Scoobys, S15 Silvias, 'Tezzas and even an XJR lol, but must say its a beauty. Lovely car to go sideways too. Just repainted my wheels this week as they were flaking and pitted, decided on going for the Rota look to be different. The colour is BMW A32 Sepang Bronze in case anyone is thinking of going the same route! Cheers Jay
