I used my own lights but when I was in he showed me his workshop and there was a stack of Z lights. I mentioned the Forum to him and he said he was fully booked for months. I'll be seeing him soon and mention the trader gig to him. He asks for a 20% deposit.

Yeah, it's all legal, i checked myself with the guy. It cost £360 all in.

Got this done today with sequential indicators. I think the guy called them "passive demon eyes" haha I think it looks good. I never knew he was putting the Z logo on them, This vids quite poor as it was raining and wasn't dark yet, but you'll get the picture. The projectors actually look red in daylight as the guy painted behind them. I'll get a better video up soon when it's darker.

Will the car sound different? Even if you only change that section?

I done mines with Mer polish and it came up great. I should have used the UV stuff to protect it as it's back again. They're going in on monday to get the sequentials and LEDS so no point of doing it this weekend. As someone else stated toothpaste and a damp cloth/wetwipe. Takes ages but it works. I used a toothbrush to rub it in with.

Anyone know where i could get something? Looking for something different, going to get the centre console Hydrodipped at some point and wanted to change the shift knob and put a gaiter on it. There's not really a lot of options for the knob and I've not seen any gaiters.

Getting these done this coming Monday. Also getting the interiors painted and LEDs. Headlightretrofit are doing it. Heard the guy's really good. Should be at the price. Another mod off the list. Wheels are next. Damn you Zeditis. lol

I got mines done a couple of months ago, I still need to replace the rubbers on it though. Did you change yours with the new roof?

It happened right outside my house. My neighbour lets me use the driveway now. This might sound really stupid but my car means a lot to me personally. It's more than a car,I won't go into it but it's been a struggle to get to this point. I'm getting it sorted a week tomorrow,hopefully it'll be as good as new. Thanks for the replies lads.

On the (very slight) upside, there was bubbling at that side arch so it would have needed done at some point, also it gives me a chance to try out this spray painter I've been told about. My front bumper's needing done as well (stone chips) so this could be a good test. Still gutted about it, not even washed the car since it happened. Violated. That's it in a nutshell. The sad thing is that if it's jealousy well they don't know what I've been through to get to where i am (Driving a Z). They wouldn't be jealous then,I promise you. Ah well....

Some Lowlife keyed my car. I feel sick when i look at it. Had to cancel a ticket for the Stone Roses in Manchester because of it. You CANNOT imagine how angry i am at the moment and it happened on Thursday.

I'm the very same, it's been over 20 years since I've done any work on cars but it's becoming quite addictive. There's always something you can add or enhance. I like subtle so I'm kinda limited. Getting my lights done on the 20th (Sequential indicators LEDS and a matt black paint job) Looking forward to it. p.s I'm not even kidding but i still don't know what a plenum is. I've never got round to googling it because i never intended changing anything. lol

I think I'll leave it for now. Too much modding to be done by the sounds of it. I'm honestly not that bothered about it. Saw some nice Konig wheels i want now. SSM 18's with wider rear. Can't stop looking at stuff. lol

Right, so by the sounds of it I need to add some mods to get any benefit from it or is it worth it without the mods? I'm not really into changing things. My car's my daily as well, don't need it off the road for any length of time.
