I think unless you can get hold of peteman or someone with his uprated springs then it's going to be trial and error.
I agree - See I went to do the penny mod only to find the previous owner has already been there (although there are only 2). I might fire in a couple of rubber washers and see what that does first.

Take the spring out of yours and get a slightly longer, stiffer spring from a spring supplier.
yup that's pretty much the direction I'm going in. I'm just looking to skip the process of taking out the spring, driving somewhere to a find a spring supplier etc etc and just buy two off ebay

@ £40.00 you can afford to buy the adapters - The stereo is a bargain!. I've had one of these head units, fantastic especially if paired with a sony or other android phone.
Nope... these will need to be purchased depending on the system in your car ie BOSE or notDoes the stereo come with the leads needed to connect to the 350z plugs? -

Just fitted one of these and can confirm it is HUGE - It does feel like a big weighty quality item - Haven't driven it enough yet to decide whether it's too big or not.

I'm intending installing a magnetic dock to hold/charge my phone. This will involve getting creative with a dremel and some fibre glass. I would love to have this part spare to mitigate against any balls ups! Thanks!

I used to have similar on my old GT4, it was cold in winter - What I did was dry my eyes and turned on the heater

I've got one, much better than the OEM one, but as others have said it gets very cold in the winter.
As for colour matching you might be better getting a gear gaiter to match the OEM trim. I've got one on order from royal steering wheels, it should be with me next week so there will be pictures in my build thread. I'll hopefully have them up over the bank holiday weekend.
Yeah I think the safest option is just going black rather than trying to get the wrap to match anything

I contacted the guy to see if he can colour match to the leather - he says he doesn't colour match but if you can find the right wrap he'll use it.

Me too but at 100 odd quid they're hard to justify. I know someone used to refurb them on here, is that an option?

He can do different colours - looking at this other listing there's a colour that might just match the tan/orange interior although it might be wishful thinking

What size of bolt holds the front brake pipes in place ? i was replacing a pipe and found some nice person had already ripped the head off for me.
