guessin I lost maybe 0.5l when startin engine with g/box cooler pipes uncoupled!!
didn't think that small amount would cause any probs but when trying to reverse car moves v slowly
before goin down pump/ramp route ive got access to oil cooler so will try to get fluid dribbled in thro cooler pipe tomoro
cheers Kev

-
can someone kindly tell me the location of front & rear window wash pumps
also how many bottles on the 370z

Answering my own question here! Outside sensors fit to bumper 2 small openings either side of main grille/air intake
They maybe accessible from underneath with splash pan removed
-
thanks guys........... the centre sensor seems to fix behind no. plate, its 2 outer ones I'm struggling with??
I'm guessing they somehow attach to the 2 headlight brackets but not obvious

does anyone know, or better still have photos of exactly how pop-up sensors are mounted behind bumper?
Cant find anything on you-tube, or dealers network
a long shot I know, but dont imagine many people have had to replace these units at all!
-
can tell you cost of bumper for non-nismo is £241 + vat
I'm getting complete front end painted i.e. bumper, wings, bonnet for £800, & that includes repairs to bonnet & bumper!
certainly wouldn't dealing with anyone charging £2000 for bumper paint job!!

Hi guys
Just to introduce myself as the new owner of a 2009 370z S-A bought as a cat D needing front end surgery
Having now stripped all the bent/broken bits off the main items to replace/repair are bumper, bonnet, wings, lights, crash bar and all the aluminium/plastic parts these items attach to
If anyone can help me with these item I'd be pleased to hear from you as buying from main dealers brings me out in a rash
Cheers Kev

that info re clutches justifies my last 15 years of driving auto/tip box cars!
could anyone confirm whether auto/tiptronic is an option
has anyone done any sprinting/hillclimbing in 350z?

Hi guys
im looking to buy a 350z probably 2005/06 reg. I wouldnt mind a bit of a project car catc/d to bring back to life.I was wondering if you might give some advice re mechanical running issues to look out for,
I was thinking either 6-speed manual or do the auto models have tiptronic option? All advice/opinions would be really appreciated
