gsexr, I am a very small business, trading for the past 18 months and I strongly believe in good customer service, including after sales support as reputation is everything.
I completely agree that a lot of customers would be fobbed off by traders, especially as I did over 200 miles in the car without any issue before advertising it for sale. I do this with most of my stock to ensure that I can identify any potential problems they may have in order for me to resolve them before sale.
Unfortunately, no matter what measures I go to before the sale, there are the odd few cars that do have a problem once in the hands of the customer but I do my absolute best to resolve any issues with as little inconvenience to them as possible.
