It looks like some smart repair has been done to it. Someone didn't paint the whole panel, what you can see it's the edge between oryginal paint and that "fresh" paint. You can machine polish it with really fine compound to make it a little bit better or repaint the whole panel to make it perfect...

Hi, all depends witch brand of paint you use. There could be 3 shades of the same colour. The best option is check yours with colour samples. All paint shops got them and you can take it from them and compare it with yours next to the car.
