So it's a kwaka yes... Ninja 300. Upgraded version of the 250 basically first bike I ever road was the ninja 900. Loved it, so did my test and got a smaller powered one! Lol Great stuff , we all have to start off somehow! You will never regret having a bike or a zed ! Both soooo much fun! Yep! I agree, living my life to the full- whilst I can! Haha

Any manufacturers after market head unit will allow the use of the steering wheel controls (volume/skip etc) with the correct wiring harness as far as I know. Guide: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/15611-what-you-need-to-upgrade-your-350z-audio-system/ I believe Sat Nav & iphone connection is specific though to whether the head unit you buy supports this. My Pioneer has a front USB as well as front AUX input which allows you to plug in ipods etc but I never use that feature so I don't know a lot about it sorry. I generally play CD's or use the USB port to play my music from a memory stick. Have a read through this section as the info's probably in there somewhere: http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/27-ice-electronics/ Not sure what version I have, but I have very similar to this, I connect my iPhone via USB lead and it finds all my iTunes. Or I can just get in, and it connects my iTunes from my iPhone via Bluetooth to the dash, and I can control it all on the wheel too.

Okay, so Has anyone heard of 'dash command' app for iPhone? It says it shows engine data, horse power, torque, acceleration in real time and much more, the lost seems endless! all from the dash board! Apparently before I can use this app... I need... OBD-II and hard wear compatibility ... 'ELM compatibility wifi' or 'gopoint GL1(hard wear)' or 'BT1 Bluetooth' this is very jargain to me! :/ So can someone explain what I should buy from ebay? Lol! :/ sorry!

Where to start? Or where to stop! Had my zed a few months now, don't actually know what I want to modify yet, so what's people's suggestions? I recently had a lovely big scratch from my front wing all along to the back repaired after some jealous person decided to key her whilst I was parked at work! This was a month after owning the zed! I was gutted. I managed to repair some myself, but it still set back some Money that I hadn't expected! Next me being me.... Wanted my ipad housed into the dash, that became very complicated so I opted for an all singing all dancing stereo, which I can't even understand or use to its full capacity (yet!) I need to get the manual out I think! What next? I'm thinking I do need my alloys doing as their are a few stuffs. But after that... I don't know where to start, she's going on the dyno this sat with the old car club I was in. Hoping that night give me some ideas. Then in jan I'm going to get her fully serviced ... So was thinking anything that might want doing could be done at the same time....

Okay thanks both, ill try to look into this further, as I am aware of something I can download which is comparable with my stereo as well which would be useful for seeing my acceleration etc. as the stereo is stationary.

Hey, not brilliant at this stuff, this is my attempt to learn more as I would like to look after my Zed. I'm looking at purchasing an obd reader, any suggestions on good ones for good prices? And what's the difference between them? It's all a bit confusing for me, like learning a new language!
