1. Hi i've recently bought a stillen charged 370 (2009), and for my own peace of mind i'm going to give it a full service. I'm going to change the

    engine oil,

    vortech sc oil,

main drive belt (looks like it needs it)

    blower belt looks fine.

    oil filter

add a non existent pollen filter (nissan parts told me they don't fit one from new)

and it need two exhaust gaskets.

    Gearbox oil

    and diff oil.

I'm struggling to find the part number of the serpentine drive belt, it's worn off. Stillen don't list it in the stillen manual either.

If you can recommend parts and places (UK if possible) to purchase them from, that will be a great help.

What fluid is in the supercharger reservoir?

I know a couple of you have this supercharger so some experienced advice would be appreciated.

    Nice man.

My art pipes failed emission but never really gave it a long run before hand though but I have a feeling they would pass as I hardly smell anything in the cabin haha were as decatted could taste the fuel when flooring it.

Could you taste it when starting the car cold too? Just wondering if this is normal decatted. I have Art Decat/Test pipes and MXP Cat Back Exhaust.
Normal I think!! I love the smell of petrol in the morning!! :p
It doesn't happen with aircon on. But that  f#$ with my gains

Might of found a contributing factor, no pollen filter installed whatsoever, just a hole

  3. I cant see you would be the type to leave a 370z std, so increase your budget by another 5k+, wheels, kit, paint etc, so its going to cost you £20k+, it would have to be one hell of an upgrade for that outlay imho. As above, look out for one done, like the Art Demo car that sold :)

    Hmm  are you psychic

  6. Leave your 350z as it is for a while and save some money (and enjoy her of course). Keep an eye out for a 370z for sale with fi already done, they are few and far between but chances are if £10k in mods have been spent on it it will be sold with less than half that value recouped.

I love the purple, need a bigger house with garage before I go down that road though.

  7. Hi Gus

I've recently bought a 370z so my 350z will be going up for sale shortly. I haven't created an ad for it yet but pm me for details if you're interested. The basics are Gunmetal 350Z GT vq35de never been modded, so a nice blank canvas for you. i'll be listing somewhere within your budget.

  8. Just following this post again, looks good with the wheel removed and retrimmed, does anybody have an image of the size of the boot space with the wheel fitted in, as factory fitment. :)

Not all 370z's come with a spare wheel, some just a can of tire repair foam. In that instance there's a sealed Bose sub containing 2 x 6.5" subs, filling the space a spare wheel would go. Here's a link to images http://www.luxurytestdrive.com/pruebas/coches/prueba-nissan-370z-2013-galeria-imagenes-interior#

  9. I'm looking for an entire boot compartment interior for a 2009 370Z, there's 2 breaking on ebay at the moment, i've requested prices .

Plastics, boot liner, fittings, inside of boot lid plastics. (Strangely though i assumed this was done for weight saving purposes. Yet the boot lid weight is still attached  )

Also can anyone recommend a custom car trimming company. The boot is so much bigger stripped out. I'm thinking a custom job might be best way of keeping the boot volume.

I'm open to other suggestions if anyone has any.

  10. Yes Clutch and flywheel should cost £1000-1200 including labour. Most garages will allow you to source your own parts. An Exedy clutch kit from nissan is £330+Vat their flywheel, well, i wouldn't recommend using them for the flywheel (+£1000). Flywheels around 400-500.

If you want any garage recommendations for the Cardiff area let me know.
