Thanks for the info and recommendations guys. its all sorted now! I managed to buy a crash damaged car complete so have used the engine from that. However this means i will have lots of left over parts that are not needed that will be listed in the parts section in due course. Hi guys my bottom end has failed on the zed, its knocking on first initial start up and carries on from 2,500rpm. just wondering if theirs any engines floating around? im sure an engine swap out would be the cheapest and easiest route to go down. unless anyone can give me an approx price on a bottom end rebuild? can crank be pulled out with engine in place? or possibly if there is any damaged zeds about for sale i may even buy a complete car providing the engine is running sweet. quick update: Been so busy i haven't started this project as yet, poor car is just sitting there should be able to spare some time soon and hopefully a bit more progress on the next post

Not keen on the white personally i would have preferred another colour but i guess if i throw a bit of black in places it should look fine. G37's are a little scarce so beggars can't be choosers so they say Any feedback on styling would be great. I do like the wide arch kit but is the overall cost worthy when pics posted above of the black one and others ive seen on the net look just as nice with just a change of bumpers, skirts etc..

Great comments so far, Thank you! Apart from the G37 being a little more refined than the 350z/370z and seems to be a little thirsty the feedback has been good. So Ive Just bought a Fully loaded 2009 Facelift finished in white pearl with 64k miles from new, it has a little panel damage to the front corner so will be perfect for what i have planned. That is... providing everything goes to plan! overall buying this car cheaper should offset or at least help towards mods as I was going to change the front bumper, headlights and fit the vented front fenders or possibly the wide arch kit (i have found on Alibaba.com) has anyone had experience from buying off this site? i will post pics up soon and let you guys know how its coming along

i do like those Toybaru's. nearly bought one last year, i do think of "New toyota celica" when i see them though, as long as they don't depreciate in value like them all will be good! good fun car.
