  2. I'm aiming for half the weight of a 350Z so about 950kg defo want it under a ton. 😉 Not a fan of forced induction mate. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Anybody still interested??? Bit more done today. Steering column And cut down for a extra UJ to fit under the manifold. Then I fooked about with ARB to give me bit more caster. Think I'm Gona need some new arches. Standard wing standard wheel. (5.5J). A 7J wheel. And I tried the 8J from the rear. Lol After a spot of lunch I open a delivery to find it was the wiper motor I ordered so that was next. Brackets made. Trial fitted and tack in place. And the LHD scuttle fitted to the single wiper conversion. Then I welded up the hole for the old wiper arm and thought I better fill in some of the rusty holes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Now I know the rad fits 100% I ordered a fan set up which turned up today so be rude not to try it on. 😊 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. It's getting there. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Bit more done tonight. Trying to get all the panel work finished off by the end of the month. This is the water rail I had to cut change the angle a little and extend to meet up with the new rad position. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. They will let heat air out as behind the wing it's just a big air block. But yeah I think the stock look on the out side too. I can always do something later on. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Just had a little tidy up and pulled all the panels back off but had a play with one of the wings. Thinking of pressing some holes in them too? Or is this just OTT??? I think it will look cool but should I just leave the outside looking smooth standard??? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Quick trial fit of a few bits tonight. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Front frame finished with the rad mounts and bonnet pins in place. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. And the front end removable frame. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. And the bulkhead to scuttle finished off. And first fit of the front. Gona need some tweeks but it ain't too bad. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Well had a play about with it it's not perfect but it looks ok from the engine bay side so that's fine. O and I decided to bang some holes in the strut support panels too. 😎 And the ocd in me made me tidy up was getting bad. Swept up half a carrier full of grinding dust. 😕 That stuff is terrible gets every where. The engine is Gona need a good clean and flush before I think about turning the key. 😔 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Bit more done today A-post to bulk head panels. Then made a panel to close the gap between the strut support and bulk head which went well. Then I decided to punch some holes into it to let some of the heat out and on the last one the tool jammed up and creased the panel. 😢 So now do I try a beat it back into shape or cut it all out and start again. 15. I ment a pic of the duratec TB's Or 350 with TB's but I got both now. Lol. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. And on that note that's number four done. 😜 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Supports for the air jacks mate. 😉 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Yes mate that's me. Don't get on there much any more very quite on there nowadays. 😢 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. I would think so. The TB's on my duratec are advertised as a 20-30% gain in standard engine. I've heard the Nissan ECU is tuneable so I would think 30hp would be a sensible figure to say you'll gain. With the extras I got on the engine ECU manifolds TB's I will be hoping to see 350hp and at least the same torques 😉 And on my little 13's that should make it interesting 😊 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. sorry mate just noticed I didn't answer your question. For me it was mainly about space and looks. But the benefits are more air in = more power out and with the aftermarket ECU it will be very tuneable resulting in a fair few more ponys. Best bit tho I think will be the noise they make my old duratec had a hell of a induction noise this sound be 50% more being a 6pot over the old 4pot. 😎 Watch this with the volume at MAX you can hear my car come round tower when the BMW is on the grass. 😂 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Bottom rad mounts done. And number three Jack. Just one more tonight. 😋 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. New rad came today. Wanted to you standard fitting parts instead of custom built unit just for ease of replacement if necessary but looks a little too big. But after a quick look on the car I could lean the rad back a little that would help getting the heat out too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. Another one in. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Got on it for a bit today. 1down 3 to go. Also have hatched a plan with a mate to give it a big push forward so all body work should be done by the end of January all going well. New Years resolution get the fook on with it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
