Hello, saw this stamp near ignition on my Jim 350z, any ideas what it means? thought it was for raising / lowering steering wheel but L R wrong way round?

Hi, I have a JDM 2004 350Z and the horns have stopped working, Have changed the 15 amp fuse, fitted new horn relay but still no sound, checked horn wiring (without removing bumper) and all seems sound and secure, would next step be the clock spring? Would the steering wheel volume controls etc still work if clock spring fails? all the other S wheel buttons work except the horn press, is a check of the horn wiring from wheel to horn required? any help would be much appreciated

Hi, Have hit a fox which has cracked my front bumper and grill, also looking inside the wheel arch I have found various bits of broken black plastic, it looks like the black plastic air intake duct and what looks like a square plastic tray piece? Is it ok to drive without these bits in place? What are they for? Until I get a new bumper and duct replaced. Thanks
