I've just been reading through your build thread and there are some nice mods on your car !

When the weather is nicer (and my car clean) we could go somewhere to take a few pictures of both cars ?

Was going around Scotland and didn't see many Zeds about !

I was a big fan of the mods you did on your Mazda 3 MPS (had one at the time aswell ) ... and I like what you've done here on your Z !

Which MPS? Had a Red MK1 and Silver MK2. Assume you are off the forum, dont recognise the username?

I had a black mk1 facelifted version ... but kept quiet on the forum.... I absolutely loved your mk1, and although I always hated the mk2 styling, your mods made it okay (especially the exhaust)

I've got the Maisto 1/24 version in Red ... it looks alright from the distance ...

Quality is not the best but I there aren't many die cast models in red !

Can't make it either .... sorry about that !

Maybe you can find somebody locally with a Cobra or an Invidia ? Listening to 2x 370Z with Cobras helped me to decide !

Its a great system and CS is a pleasure to deal with. You can also tweak the exhaust so it sits perfectly within the bumper. This is great if your a bit sad like me.

 

Points to note

 

Its loud on start up

Once warmed up you can drive it quietly which is great for a daily

Above 3k it can be loud which is ideal for a hoon

The exhaust pops on demand when down shifting if the revs go above 4k (This is very fun)

Tonight I've just seen a Black 370Z in Newark ... just had time for a thumbs up as the street was narrow .... I think I had an answer in the form of the hazards being on for a bit after ...

Not many 370Z's around here so it was nice !

Interesting. I had a number of lights flash up under hard acceleration on the 370. For me it was the hand brake light while in Europe. Then the esp off light then the slipper road indicator.

Also had exactly this on mine ... once brakes were changed I never had it come back !

Was there aswell (but not in the Zed) and saw quite a few 350's and that nice 370 Nismo !

They do servicing and all sorts of jobs on Zeds ...

Didn't get to see many Zeds but it was still a good meet ....

Yep looks good does that mean I have to clean the z again

There's good chances that mine will be dirty so that's up to you !
