  1. Hi guys, I'm having few issues with the Z following an awful service at Halfords (Stupid I know now, but I was in a massive hurry so please not too much stick!!). The EML came on shortly after the service indicating I needed a new bank 2 CAT, which I have now, but it now also appears to be misfiring every now and then. By every now and then I mean it can misfire horribly on a journey and then not at all for a few days. I need to get it to a decent mechanic to give it a once over before I do any real damage to it, and also to fit the new CAT. Can anyone suggest anywhere nearby Huddersfield that is decent? I’ve seen a few people saying good things about L&G in Manchester and obviously Atkins in Malton, but I’d love to stay more local given the engine worries. Thanks
  2. Hi all, I've just bought my second zed, after the first was stolen, and I'm missing the 'Z' part of the '350Z' emblem. Unfortunately I can't seem to track one down on the for sale forum except in gloss black and I'd love to keep the OEM look. Does anyone have a spare Z from a de-badging?? Thanks Anthony
  3. I don't understand when people make this point- surely thats a bonus as it means you will get to drive the z for 100 miles on your first day of ownership! Ha ha. Very true. The drive wasn't a problem as I had a lot of fun, after the first 30 miles when I finally realised it was really really hot because the heated seat was on!!
  4. I finally managed to find a Z!! I'm now the happy owner of a 2005 GT in black. With some powder coated alloys it looks the business and is just epic to drive. Only downside was the 100 mile drive to go and get it. Still happy times from here on in
  5. I'm after a coupe that's ideally pre 55 plate to avoid the higher tax, but if the right example pops up that's newer then I doubt I'd turn it down
  6. Ha ha, I'm only too aware of that beautiful example. I've seriously got my fingers crossed that I'll be owner of it soon . Sadly I'm in the queue tho so its unlikely
  7. HI everyone, I've been lurking on here for a while so I thought I'd finally introduce myself. I've been toying with the idea of buying a 350z for a while but my poor old mx5's epic MOT failure earlier in the week has hastened the hunt now! The forum has already been a massive help and I've got my fingers crossed I'll be able to contribute in the near future.
