  1. Did quite a few things today! I fitted... B&M Short Shifter JWT Clutch ZSP Pilot Bushing (Needle Bearing) Torque Solutions Billet Transmission Mount ZSP Heavy Duty Clutch Slave Cylinder ZSP Heavy Duty Clutch Master Cylinder Drivetrain is well and truly solid now! I also added... Mishimoto Air Intake Hoses HKS Drop-In Air Filters No noticeable improvement in power, but then again I wasn't expecting miracles! Can't wait to fit the 4.08 gears to see the improvement!
  2. Nah, it would have been this one that you had saw, as it was quite unique. As for your PB, good stuff! You have to start somewhere. My first time at Crail was in my first Almera GTi and I ran best of 15.2. Less than 10 years later (and my wallet a lot lighter) I was into the 11's at the same track. It's all a case of 'how fast do you wanna go'! Thanks, the wheels do set the car off and it allowed me to fit the wider tyres that I wanted. I'm now just outside of Glasgow, nearer Cumbernauld. What about yourself?
  3. The car seems to have developed a misfire when it gets up to heat! Not good for something with less than 20K miles!
  4. My SR20DET powered Nissan Micra aka 'Little Bandit', that I built back in 2005. It held the FWD class record at Crail Raceway for nearly 3 years with a best time of 12.18 @ 126.8 mph. I unfortunately crashed the car after competing at the 'Ten of the Best 6' event and thus decided to built a new car, a Nissan Almera GTi, but with an updated version of the engine that was in the Micra. I was never really bothered about how the car looked, as function was always more important to me. After several years of trying, I was finally able to do the impossible and break the 11 second barrier at Crail Raceway, being the first to do so in the FWD class. I ran a best of 11.94 @ 129 mph. If you wanna see more, then just ask!
  5. It's no where near as quick as my previous vehicles, but as an everyday car, it is very nice to drive. I'll be installing a set of 4.08 gears in a weeks time, as I feel the stock rear end ratio is way too tall! Will let you know how it goes!
  6. Hi, I'm Dave and in the last month decided to buy a very low mileage 350Z HR. I use the car as a daily driver and love it to bits. I've added a set of forged wheels and wider tyres as the stock Rays' were beginning to flake. How long I'll keep it though is still in debate, as it's a thirsty bugger! But then what did I expect!!!
