  1. I really enjoy Top gear (maybe im easily pleased) the only thing i didnt like about the Lambo review was the letterbox view, I also agree on the Chris Harris thing just find him really dull, and Roadkill is probably the best show on Youtube at the moment.

  2. Did another video this time mounted on the rear bumper to get some noise from the "muffler delete".

Also found out why the quality isn't so great after editing, the camera records in .MOV and live movie maker converts it which lowers the quality so will need to find another editor.

    Anyway enjoy the noise.

  3. Maybe some of you guys need your eyes checking  lights are really good on the early Z's my 53 plate is great in the dark rarely need to use highbeam unless its a properly dark back road

Yep everyone else who has a Zed is obviously wrong :headhurt: next thing you will be telling us is that the Bose is a premium sound system

What its not? Damm that devious salesman he told me it was.

Alright boys! Well maybe some of the earlier ones had their headlights upgraded before you got them? Also it depends what you've been used to? Just trying to put a bit of perspective on it! 😇 Same with sound systems too?

True before the Z I had cars with regular headlights, so the the Z is my first car with Xenons.

  5. Its a Mobius action camera, really good little camera with all the mounts and a waterproof case it came in under £100, just needs an external mic and it would be great

Nice bit of kit. Did you get the "Standard" or the "Wide Angle" lens version, only a couple £ between them.

Also, is 16Gb the biggest SD it takes? Its says the max recording time is to the 4Gb limit which you can hit in under 30min in HD, once its hit that, does it automatically continue recording on another file or have you not got that far yet?

Any info to help with purchase would be good

Hi i've got the wide angle one, I think I put a 32gb card in mine will have to check when I get home, the 4gb limit is when you run it on the max recording time setting which once it reaches 4gb will then start another recording, hope this helps i'm quite impressed with mine for the price.

  6. Definitely get Skyrim for PC, its a single player game but with a large online community through steam and nexus, it crashes on any system but there's more you can do to stop it on PC and the mods are amazing (like turning the dragons into trains form Thomas the tank engine)

  7. Quick video i took trying out the new camera and mount for the Z, needs an external mic to get rid of wind noise hence the music and also for some reason you tube screwed the quality so now looks like its been filmed on a potato was much better on my PC, Ive got a few more mounts to try out so will try and get a few more videos done and try and find out why the quality is getting reduced, anyway hope you enjoy.

  9. Hi all had the Z for nearly a year now so thought I'd put up a build thread, due to the Europe trip i haven't had as much money as i would of liked to spend on the Z also with my other car (1984 Rover SD1 Vitesse) taking some of the funds, should be able to get more done on the Z in the next year. anyway on with the pics

Bought the car in November 2013 as a completely standard (other than a double din head unit) UK spec GT.

Told my parents id be keeping it standard, lasted all of two weeks before i was buying parts lol

First up was a K&N induction kit, wouldn't advise buying it fitment isn't great and the link pipes are poor, sounds good though. Then came a Wasso plenum spacer in subtle orange

    WP_20131130_12_13_31_Pro_zpscdf7b478.jpg

Then came front disc and pads as the old ones were pretty far gone, EBC ultimax discs with red stuff pads

The new brakes helped when out for drives with friends

    WP_20140216_09_44_38_Pro_zps0ba8e1fe.jpg

Then came the job i'd been putting off for a while replacement clutch and flywheel. thanks to clarke motorsport for the parts

Due to the exhaust being made of 90% rust it had to stay in place which made removing the gearbox interesting
