  1. Blindly ordered it from that link you posted yesterday and it turned up today. Worked a treat and after looking on the other side of my car its the exact same fitting. Thanks again. You can't beat a £2 fix ðŸ˜

I had done a quick search on EBay but I was obviously searching the wrong words.

  2. I'm getting my exhaust replaced because the pipework on the original one has given up (the connection of the pipes between the resonator and muffler has fallen to bits if anyones interested). Seems like a good opportunity to upgrade to a Cobra system from CougarStore.

The garage doing the work have taken off my existing exhaust and said the heat shield is knackered. Anyone else had this and if so whats the best way to replace it?

    Thanks

  3. I've never understood why people do this.

They are jealous of the fact that we have a decent motor though hard work and they can't afford one on the social so they damage our one's ( I SAY IF YOU CATCH THEN CUT OFF THEIR BALLS ) I caught some little scrotes trying to nick my escort a few years ago & the answer I got from the old bill was give them a beating for us cause there's nothing we can do till they are 16

When I see a nice Lambo or Ferrari I admire it, not get jealous and think about damaging it. They're just c**ts.

  4. Pics Now Up

OK. Please tell me it looks good because I spent 3 hours washing, polishing and waxing the b.tch this morning. Nice bit of back ache now. Went to take the photos and a massive tractor dumped a film of dust all over it.

It looks ok from a distance but up close the front bumper looks like a pock marked wall in a war zone. Theres a few scratches as well which I'd like to get covered.

Only mod so far is Stubby aerial from Steve 350Z. Thanks

Front splitter, rear spats, gear stick knob and new stereo to do.

  5. I've been. I stayed on a peninsula called Varadero which is full of all inclusive hotels and nice beaches and you can do day trips out from there. Its about 2-3 hours from Havana by bus. Varadero is off limits to Cubans unless they work on the peninsula so its safe, hassle free and relaxing. The beaches are really good if you're in to that. I went in June and found it too hot to lie in for more than an hour but there's always the pool and pool bar!

Havana is a great place to see as there's nowhere else like it. So many old cars and a big Soviet influence. Lada anyone? You do get hassled a lot by locals, they come across as friendly and helpful but they're only after 1 thing as they are all poor. They love dancing and salsa and there's amazing jazz bars and clubs and things like that. If you do go take the tour of the Partegas factory where they make the cigars.

The food in Cuba is limited. It probably depends on the quality of the hotel you stay at but in Havana you do well to find more than a ham and cheese sandwich. A restaurant will have about 40 things on the menu but will only have 4 or 5 things in stock.

I'm sure there's loads of decent places to go on holiday but Cuba is really nice and I would recommend it, especially if you like looking at the history and museums and @*!# like that.
