  1. I find the entire thing gets covered in oil.. bloody hard to read what the level is!?

As said its not hard to read at all if you let the oil go totally cold. If its even slightly warm then yes the oil is all over the dipstick but when totally cold on a flat surface its very clear where the oil level is.

Ah great, i'll check it tonight then! Although.. finding where to put it back in the dark.. hmmm

  2. Hi Craig,

    Good luck with your search.

In terms of Z's for tall people, I'm 6' 6", and while I feel it would be nice if the seat went another inch back it's bloody good for what is it. I just recently did a 360 mile round trip and had no problems!

Fairly sure I would definitely not fit in an S2000 and even a Z4 is pushing it ;)

  3. Hi All,

I've been on here a few weeks now searching for a 350z. I went up to Lincolnshire on Sunday and bought a 53 reg Sunset Orange GT with tan leather!

Being 6ft 6 I was pleased I could fit in one, I went to view a few but this was the first one I really liked and felt was right. I also managed to get quite a good deal on my insurance, with Elephant. 22, 3 years driving, 1 years NCB and it was £840 fully comp.

Here is a pic of me + the car in question after a very interesting first drive!

  4. Hi all,

I'm currently looking to buy a 350z, I have no car currently and I'm looking to buy asap.

    Requirements are:

    • GT Spec
    • Any colour
    • UK spec, no imports
    • Coupe
    • Condition must be very good/excellent

    Preferred:

    • Black
    • Low miles
    • Close to Cambridgeshire

I have cash waiting and budget depends entirely on the condition of the car and spec. I've looked on Autotrader/pistonheads and nothing is jumping out at me.

    Cheers,

    Simon.
