  1. Thanks for the replies and offer of help. Although the video is not me, this is a good example of what I need the car for. I am looking for a previously owned less than 20,000 mile car with a manual gearbox. Regards, G.
  2. Thanks for the welcome, I must admit I am a bit puzzled about the ones I have seen for sale on the "Open market". Second hand 2009/2010 370zs seem to range from £15,000 to £22,000 for what appears to be a similar spec and the only difference is the mileage. I guess I would stretch as far as £20.000 but is the only difference between the £15.000 cars and the £20.000 a bit of mileage on an engine and running gear that will make 100,000 miles without issue? Looking at the general spec and Nissans bulletproof reliability, it is a bit confusing. What wears out on these cars? The interior, the mechanicals???? As far as depreciation goes, would I be better waiting until 2013? Any help is really appreciated. G.
  3. Hello I am new to the forum. I am a life long performance car owner and have spent the last 30 years racing cars. My last ten years have been racing in International competitions. (Historic single seat racing cars.) I have started looking for a 370z to buy but I am going to need some advice first. I don't want to buy new but do have a sensible budget. I need a manual gearbox car, as I plan to do some "Gentleman Drivers" exhibition events in France next year. A 370z is a rare car in France and will really turn some heads! I have a massive disadvantage as I am based on Guernsey so just going to see a car is a complicated exercise. I recently checked out a flight cost to get to Humberside Airport to look at a car. £910.00 for a one way ticket! If anyone has any tips on what to look for or where to look to save a wasted trip I would be grateful! Thanks very much! G.
