Mike 350z

Hi all Had my zed a few month now it's an 07 350 with 41k on the clock Last few weeks I have had a horrible chatter/rattle when 1) changing gear (more noticeable at lower speeds) 2) if I accelerate quite hard in a gear then take my foot off the accelerator This isn't your usual noisy transmission this is a very noticeable noise I'm pretty sure it's not engine related as it revs up freely with no noise at a stand still and there is no effect on engine/car performance My initial thought is the clutch release bearing? But maybe someone else can give me a better idea. Either way I need to get this sorted as soon as possible and for as cheap as possible Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Thanks for the welcome guys, I'll get some photos up tomorrow. It's the DE engine (single intake) but if someone could shed some light on the change over date to the HR in the 07 models that would be helpful
