  1. im in crewe Elite haven't got a clue what there doing it did the manual ecu reset my self and it ran sweet as a nut but when I went out in it later it was back so I haven't got a clue now ,and im taking it back to them has I had oily hand prints all over the steering wheel an engine they have cut the wiring loom ties put tape on a piece and a bit of silicone pipe to the k&ns is a bit of old pipe that don't even fit .so I have phoned trading standards and told me what to say and do , see what happens in the morn

  2. hi I have put an update on another post not at mo its been into some one told me its fixed they said it was spark plugs and cost me a fortune from Nissan and I picked it up and the prob was still there so now they saying its fuel probs

  3. thanks M13KYF I will look that up and they have had it on a machine again today and there is no fault codes/reading coming up and they did a smoke test through one of the air filters to see if the is any lose of air suction and that was ok so they have stripped it all down again for what ever reason and now there saying its a fuel ,or something wrong with the fuel so they are taking it on a road test tomorrow but there not filling me with confidence ,I will take it to Nissan if alls not well tomorrow

After scratching my head the other week after changing spark plugs and the engine revving up and down after changing, I decided to take it in to Elite in crewe and they put it in for some diagnostic testing and told me the plugs I got from a motorsport place that deals in jap cars are no good the HR engine will only run on denso plugs and not any other .

It just said 350z and infinity g35 exhaust system and then i got the stainless y pipe togo with it from the u.s.a and the problem still there iv took it all apart again today and checked all the plugs and pipe and the only thing i can see is were i have took the pipe off the throttle bodys i have got an air lock in the coolent part off it but another mechanic said it could be fuel related but i think im going to have to take it in to someone

  6. Took it all to bits again this morn run fine for five mins until i drove it an it either sits at 1500rpm or it revs up and down the little coolen pipe that runs through the throttle bodys will it need bleeding or should it sort it self out

  7. Hi thanks to all that gave me info on spark plugs they got changed this morn but now the engine drops its revs when warm but continues to rev up and down have i dun something or is there a fault on something

Hi can any one help its time to change my spark plugs its took me an age to find right ones has nissan issued wrong book for car , i have just brought the thinest plug tool i could find but it dont go in deep enough to get to the plug ,so i phoned nissan to see if there was a special tool for it an they said you have to take strut brace off inlet manifold and then the rocker covers i have taken it off at one side but the metal sleave to the plug is still there can any one advise on how to change the plugs please.
