  1. Thank you guys for your suggestions, I will give them a call at the weekend, appologies for the delay in my reply, i've been away for a few days.
  2. Finally with some good weather, I decided to put my wheel brushes and Poorboys Wheel Sealant to good use! - Hours of cleaning and 3 coats of sealant later, these are the results! Thank you everyone for the advice, and to Tim at Envy Valeting for the brushes.
  3. Thanks you for the reply, I am near Norwich, would like a general check up and a P3 service.
  4. Hi all, I am hoping some one can recommend a good place to get my car serviced, Zmanalex has kindly given me a quote for parts, all i need now is a good garage to take a look, and fit the parts, any suggestions would be gratefully received.
  5. Thank you Tim for your reply, I have forwarded the details to my family, as they wanted to get me some car products for Christmas! Smudgedon - I agree, and do take them off regularly to fully clean them. - In this instance, I was thinking on more of a quick clean on a weekly basis, as I live in the countryside where my wheels inevitably get filthy this time of year, I was looking for an easier way to clean them without the hassle of taking the wheels off or cutting my hands to shreds. - looks like I have found the answer courtesy of everyone's help, and some handy brushes from Tim!
  6. Thank you all for your comments and speedy reply. - I am going to send Tim a PM now
  7. Thank you Bounty Bar Kid and Ekona, very much appreciated, Are there any recommended traders for these items or is it just a google search?
  8. Hi Everyone, I hope you can help me with a simple query. What is the best way to clean the inside of your wheels without removing them? I am looking to speed up the process of my weekly clean, as I often struggle to get my hand past the front caliper, (and end up scratching my hands to shreds) and its a bit of a faff moving the car every time, is there a wheel brush or anything to make the job any easier or am I just being too lazy? Any help / comments are much appreciated.
  9. Thank you all for you input, it is very much appreciated. - I have never bought a car that has not been maintained/serviced by main/approved dealer before, so was a little worried when I found out about my new car. Looks like I have been worrying for nothing, It is a beautiful car, meticulously looked after, and all the documents/ pictures indicating oem parts / reccommended oil etc. that have been used have put me at ease. Can't wait to pick her up on saturday fingers crossed!
  10. Thank you Vik54 I was getting a little worried that I may have bought a car I shouldn't have. Now I feel happier and looking forward to getting my car
  11. Q1 - My proposed car has been very well maintained, all the reciepts, etc kept. - the guy who had my car before was an engineer, and carried out the servicing on it himself, - it has been very well documented, all the reciepts, details of the car, mileage etc, including photos of him doing the service. - should i be relieved someone has gone to the trouble of being so meticulous, or worried that it ha not been done by nissan? Q2 - I am also unsure whether the car has been ran on 97ron fuel or not, is there any way to tell or not? Q3 - I wish to fit a parking dynamics PD1 'invisable' reverse parking sensor to my car, should it be done by a body shop or is it easy enough to do myself? -Thank you in advance for your time
  12. Wow, I wasn't expecting a reply so fast - I have just bought a 2006 350z GT Coupe in Black - I can't wait to pick it up!
  13. Hi, just saying a quick hello to everyone, I am new to the forum, and new to forums in general lol, - not sure what to say, other than the fact that I am looking forward to picking up my new car next week!
