Cobra resonated with "Y" pipe, sounds great, well built, find myself winding the window down at about 4000 rpm...!

Its from the bush itself so not anything to worry about right away

Rear diff mount.

 

Easy to replace - not really - But it can be replaced, ZmanAlex used to do a diff set to replace all 3 diff bushes so try him or Clarke Motorsport, Maybe Horsham do them as well now.

 

You will need to drop the diff then get that bush out - it may be possible on the car but if not the subframe will need to come out - it's not a "hard" job if the bolts are not rusted but there is a lot to do to drop the rear subframe out.

Thanks Keyser, so is the oil coming from the diff or the diff mount..??

Mot yesterday (She passed).

Whilst up on the ramps we noticed what looks like oil leaking from an seal in the center of the rear sub frame.

What is it..? and is it a simple fix etc, thanks in advance.

45k on a 03 plate.

Very easy to change ... just remember to check oil level weekly.

Finally got round to getting these fitted, took longer than planned due to working abroad, but well worth the wait, they have totaly transformed

the feel of the Zed, so much more positive etc.

I'd gotten so used to those awful Auto Grips wanting to go straight on round corners, wasnt exspecting this level of improvment.

Ran mine last winter running Auto Grips... (will have ZZ3's this winter) also live out in the sticks.... the key is, as said above drive to the conditons and stay of the loud pedal.
