Thanks guys. To clarify, I had just sold the car and new owner called me on his way home with the issues. After a short panic he mentioned that he had just filled up with regular fuel....hence my question....( yes, I forgot to mention to get high octane petrol Advised him to drain tank or add Redex if he is brave. Also do the pedal dance or get the codes read somewhere to double check. He seems ok and car running fine so think it'll be ok.

....had a tear in my eye as I watched her drive away yesterday. That's me signing off the forums now. Thanks to everyone who has helped over the last 4 years, (ZMANALEX that cape is well deserved!)

Could this be down to low octane fuel? just filled up and then the lights and high idle occurred. was fine until that point. engine temp fine, oil level/pressure and coolant level fine.

Just an update for you guys, I've had to put things on hold as my wife dropped the news last week that she isn't sure whether she wants to be with me. I'm sure you guys will understand that my head isn't right at the moment and I need to put all of my effort into making things right.

 

Give me a few weeks and I will see where I'm at but at present I can't focus on anything but this.

Buster and I had a little road trip up to Wembley today to pick up my car!

A big thank you once again to Taras and the RT Performance team for fitting the side skirts to complement the rear bumper they fitted last year.

Also once she was home I fitted the 5Zigen Wheels I bought from Pimm last weekend and I'm sure you agree his wheels look good on a silver car!

Will just use the Rays for competitions and track days.

 

Now questioning why I passed on those wheels! Looking v nice mate

Im stuck at lvl 24 with no xbox friends to play Destiny with - specifically daily and weekly strikes. Seems like you need a fireteam to really get much further as I get hammered playing alone and my attempts to recruit randoms in the tower have not gone anywhere. If anyone plays on xbox one and finds themselves in a similar position gimme a PM and we can team up.

I'm xbone, same user name, I'm only level 22, get killed a lot and usually come last but I give it my best!
