Honestly i had the worst experience ever with my Z in the snow, in the end i had to leave it at a friends in there garage and pick it up after the now had gone! That was last year, ive sorted it this year buying a shed for the winter! lol

If its whining i would walk away, i had this with mine and had to have the whole gearbox rebuilt

Yeah likely causes is as above, on the alpine headunit if they have been fitted with the alpine loom, they normally have a bullet connection to allow you to change the ign wire and perm live to resolve this issue.

my banana arm also created the same noise when it failed is a common fault also defo worth checking. Mine had completely separated however it has been said the noise can also occur and the bush looks fine but has failed.

These Banna's can be a pain! Easy change though!

Hey All!

Quick update, Zeds been going great! Now the cold has come in though she been parked up in the garage. Got myself a Smart Roadster in yellow worst car i have ever owned! Least the ZED is dry and warm though!

On another note, the car is also now up for sale as ive bought a house and need the money for house related things will be shame to see her go
