  1. .............. Best of all, you get a lovely set of Rays  .............

Oh no you don't - Rays were a £1000.00 extra on early cars, and standard on later UK cars both GT and non-GT

Mine has standard rims but they went for the reversing sensors instead.

I'm not that keen on the styling of the rays anyways.

    I stand corrected!

Someone splashed the cash on mine from the showroom then! Ive got rays and reversing sensors!

There was me thinking the reversing sensors were fitted by a previous owner :bangin:

  2. Those heated seats are a godsend in this weather!

Cruise control is great, especially through all the 50mph average speed zones which keep cropping up.

I do completely forget to use the volume control buttons on the wheel though!

Best of all, you get a lovely set of Rays

From what i've read, the GTs tend to hold a bit more value in the car yet if you're not bothered about resale value or fancy gismos, you'll still get a fantastic driving experience from a non-GT.

  3. 1. Do you smile each and every time you get into your current car?

    2. No.

    3. Do you want to smile each and every time you get into your next car?

    4. Yes.

    5. Come back here and tell us all about it. :gathering:

    6. Contract Zeditis.

    7. Wonder why it took you so long. :headhurt:

    Spot on

i got my zed in April and it was a toss up between that and a 225 coupe. So glad i stuck with Jap! :cloud9:

You will find you'll smile at it every time you get out of it....even if you've just popped to the shops!

Stop wasting time - go and drive one and you won't look back!

  4. I reckon with standard spacing it'd still look fairly decent.

    Looks better with standard spacing.

Though that could be me being biased as I hate illegal spacing and instantly assume the owner is a c***

    +1 Lexx

  5. What a fantastic guide! Thank you SteveW for taking the time to do this step by step.

I had a similar issue, under a quarter tank the needle and electronic read out were jumping all over the place. One minute 80miles, ----- the next!

Followed this guide to a T and fixed my issue! 90 odd miles back in my tank and going down slowly!

Only problem is, once i had put the sub and cover back, car wouldnt start and petrol gauge didnt seem to be fixed. Slightly miffed to say the least. Took the sub back out and the tank cover off....i hadnt connected the pump back up to the loom! :bangin:

    Again, Thank you!
