The rears only just go into tolerance without camber arms, so ideally its best to buy them but I didn't and haven't noticed any increased wear yet

Your tyres have less height over OEM which will help as far as rubbing goes but does really depend on offset.

 

OEM rays are ET47 on the front as standard so are quite subtle.

 

Eibach springs only come in one drop unfortunately.

I think its worth the risk, before i order them i dont suppose you know if i require to change the camber arm on the rears. i have read a couple of threads that state you need a kit when fitting the eibach springs. I know the weels will need an alignment adjustment but didnt think i needed to change any additional parts!!!

All depends on the offset of the wheels and tyre size. I am running Eibachs with 9.5J and ET20 on the front. With a 245/40 tyre I had to cut part of the arch of so it didnt rub.

 

Any wider or more aggressive then I would need to run smaller tyres or more aggressive camber. Its currently at negative 2 at the moment.

 

Rears should be fine though

Im not sure about the offset, i think the width is 9.5" as opposed to the standard wheels which were 9.0" (i may be wrong). The Tyres on the front are 245/35 and the rears are 10.5" 275/30.

Really wanted to avoid cutting the arch, Dont Suppose you know if Eibach do a spring for a smaller drop on the Front??

just a point... it looks like the swirl on the rear wheels is going the opposite way to the swirl on the front wheels... do you have a side on shot to compare front and rear wheels?

Correct, I noticed it as soon as i began cleaning it, went back to STS and had them swapped over straight away. so all is well.

You think i would have noticed when i picked it up after first fitment and allignment checks, i was obviously to excited.

Advice Please,

I have just fitted my new vossens and im now looking at Lowering springs, I know the Eibachs will drop the front by 25mm and the rear by 20.

I just wanted to know if anyone has fitted these springs on 20's and if so have you had any problems with rubbing on the arches??

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

No Worries about the centre caps, i Managed to source one through revolution Autos, for free, so they are back in my good books.

Your probably best sourcing them throught Prestige wheel centre in birmingham as they are the main Vossen distributor for the UK and will no doubt give you the best price. http://www.prestigewheelcentre.co.uk

for the CVT's I paid £2800 with Tyres, Pirelli P-Zreo Neros.so your probaly talking around £1800 for the wheels. Expensive but well worth it.

Where did you get your vossens from?

This is just a few snaps before i lost the centre cap.

I purchased the wheels from Revolution Autos in Gateshead, however they source them from Prestige wheel centre in Birmingham anyway so they all come from the same supplier. It looks as though its just the facia of the centre cap as the clip still seems to be attached.

Ill get a photo and put it on later.

Just recently fitted my New CVT's and on my first long run one of the centre caps has decided to take a jump on to the A1.

Does anyone have any recommendations of where i can get some fairly cheap or if you have any available for sale.

I want to try and avoid sourcing them through the company i purchased the wheels from as they were not the most helpful.

no problems with loading pictures, more likely operator error Most of us use Photobucket, makes it even easier. There is a guide in Forum Help if you havent used it before and its also free to use.

No ECU reset as yet, i wanted to get some ideas as to what it may be. Will probably end up taking it to Nissan and get a remap??

I have a smell and i cant determine wether or not its the breaks or the clutch. Not had a problem with either though apart from the odd squeak from the breaks now and again?

The car has only done 5000 miles, it seems as though this is very common?

Wondering if you can help,

Recently fitted an Gemini Invidia Exhaust with Invidia HFC's to my 370z (Thanks Tarmac Sportz). However after 30 miles or so my engine light has since come on adn i was wondering if anyone has had the same issue? I was kind of ecpecting it to come on then to go off but this has not happened and im now into about 500 miles with the new exhaust.

Any ideas?????

I have been told it could be the O2 sensors? Spacers may solve the issue. However i wanted other peoples opinion.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Annaul Mileage makes a hell of a difference, i used to sell car insurance and everyone is different.

£730 with admiral on a 61 plate 370z 10 yrs no claims.

If you live with your partner i recommend getting a quote with them on it as well as it can bring the price down depending on age e.t.c
