Cheers mate, will have to look for some 20mm spacers
Do you reckon it will need lowering?
If so, I have 30mm springs at home but might be too much :S
-
i maybe wrong here but the rears should be 275/35/19 .....keep an eye on the TC light, hopefully your be ok but if not replace rear to this size.
i run 255/35/19 8.5j front and 275/35/19 10.5j rear as i ve found this to be best for me.
did run a 235/35/19 front but it just looked odd compaired to the rears.
Would that mean just changing tyres?
What would be the best size spacers for fronts and rears as the offset is 35Et.
I have a pair of 30mm spacers, is that too much though?
-
Fugly, but then I'm not a fan of non-OEM wheels full stop so probably not the best judge
I think the spokes are just too big for the Zed. What type and size tyres are on them, no guarantee that they'll be right for the Zed either y'see.
Fronts are 235/35/19 (8J) and rears are 265/30/19 (9J)
Tyres are kuhmo k104 only covering 100 miles.
Paid £400 including tyres in mint condition
-
Yeah I don't think I would feel that safe with them haha
They are no longer required now as I have bought some new alloys.

Just bought the following alloy wheels in mint condition!
Axe AP41
Rears (9J) - 265/30/19
Fronts (8J) - 235/35/19
Stud pattern - 114.3 x 5
Offset - 35ET
All fitted with Kuhmo K104 tyres and only covered 100 miles!!
Also invoice showing almost £1500.
I have a pair of 30mm spacers so will just need another set (would 30mm be the right size?)
I paid......................£400 including tyres!!!!
The tyres are worth that alone
Spokes maybe a bit too big but for that price, cant go wrong!
If they look rubbish or dont fit welll then I will sell them for more $$$

I drive around without bungs

I asked him that too lol I have seen the adapters which are basically wheel spacers with a different size thread (safer option)
However, they are about £100 or so for 2 meaning the wheels will end up cost a fair bit.
I have seen on YouTube where the alloy bolt holes can be drilled out bigger to fit properly. Anyone know if and where this could be done?

Sounds amazing!
Had numerous random people come up to me after parking and saying how nice it sounds

HI,
I have seen the following set of alloys for sale with stud pattern 5 x 112.
The seller told me that they were previously fitted to a 350z using wobble bolts.
How do these work when the bolts are fixed to the hub?
Are they safe?
Also opinions on these wheels fitted to silver zed :)They look black but apparently were refurbed to Lexus Purple! He wants £290 for the set.
Thanks

Hey,
Has anyone else found that the k1 isn't the greatest of fitments?
My centre pipe just after the catalytic converter is resting on a brace which is causing vibration.
Just been to an exhaust place and he said he would need to cut the booster off and put a 2.5" bend over the brace and join to the y pipe. Wants £90.
Is this the only option or has over people had the same experience and done it different?
Thanks

I have 30mm lowering springs at home if I needed to fit them.
Do rays still make it look like it needs lowering?
If not then I will get rid of springs.

Been looking for some new alloys for a while now and trying to decide what to do lol
Need to replace my 17" standard wheels.
Seen some 18" rays for sale but a lot of people say they look to small on a 350z. I know they are quite common though and I have some spacers to fit.
The other option is some 19" alloys but are twice the price.
Any thoughts?

Could be worse - you could overtake a copper mistaken it for a granny and getting pulled over!!
Squeaky bum time!!

Ok will have a look tomorrow in daylight.
Mine is an import so maybe different

Ideal! Thanks for that, very well explained and detailed ðŸ‘
That's my next purchase then
Quick question, where is the passenger cigarette lighter?
-
Welcome ðŸ‘

Ah right cool,
Can you get ones that stick to the back if the cubby hole as my sat nav holder doesn't stick
-
How much tread is left on each tyre?
-
Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone has ever mounted an iPod/iPhone charging dock to the empty cubby hole (for sat nav).
Would like to mount my iphone there rather than on the windscreen as I use it for sat nav aswell.
Would obviously need a supply taken to it, possible off the headunit.
Cheers ðŸ‘
Wobble bolts..?

Do you get problems with running?
Someone also mentioned about bigger brakes with bigger wheels, needed or not?
Any comments on the wheels
