Hi all,
The time has come for me to put my Z up for sale. I have the car for just under 2 years and enjoyed every minute of it.
About the car
04' Nissan 350z GT with Rays Alloys UK.
It has covered a little over 68K miles.
It comes with all the GT option specs such as BOSE, cruise control, black leather seats.
The alloys while not perfect are in very good condition.
Full service history. Latest service was carried out last month.
12month MOT
Taxed till 30th June 2014
Had a new clutch fitted at 62K along with new auxiliary belts.
I have kept the car fairly standard but it does have the following mods.
It has a full stainless exhaust system inc Y pipe. Was on the car when i got it but i believe it is a fujitsubo legalis r.
Recently replaced the front brake to the new DBA T4000 discs with ferodo ds2500.
A motordyne manifold spacer
A carbon cover for the front bumper lip.
Facelift rear LED lights of a 08' model
The bad bits.
Generally the car is in good condition. But the font does have some stone damage inc the carbon lip.
The only other thing is the drivers seat bulster is scuffed but not worn. This seams fairly normal in the Z.
Im sure there are some things I've missed out and will have to edit this a few times. But feel free to ask as many questions as you like.
Thanks Allan.
EDIT:
LED rear lights and now has 12 months MOT

Top work! This site really does have a good community,
I should think he will be over the moon when he picks the car up. Especially with the brake upgrade.

They are you ball joints

Im also MK bases and should be up for this too

Yes you'll need to do it by hand as the pedal wont return when there is air in the line. May take some time so be patient. To start try filling the reservoir with the pedal up. open the bleed nipple on the slave and let most of the air out with just a gravity drip. Just make sure the reservoir dosent empty.

second new 350z fin milton keynes in a week. Going to start getting common round here Not sure about the seats or the ticking noise. But as for the suspension, roll bar links can knock and front lower banana arm bushes wear.

Another member from Milton Keynes Feel free to drop me a message if you need any advice/info

it does sound like posibly a faulty MAF sensor, but get it looked at by someone in the know as its a bit of a stab other wise

Looking at there store locator, its just a rebrand. My local no longer lists regular vpower just vpower nitro. Must say I wont use tesco 99 momentum. Supermarket fuel is crap. We've had some problems at work with car blowing engines that use normal supermarket fuel when they should be using super. Sent a fuel sample away for testing and it came back 91 octane. Hence not trusting momentum.

If the motor dont fix it send me a pm. Im in MK too but ive only just seen this thread. Should be fairy straight foward to check.

Not to bad to do. Never done one on the floor mind. Takes me about 4 hours to do, but that is my job and I have a ramp. All pretty much 12mm and 14mm bolts if i remember correctly. Only thing you'll need is a clutch alignment tool.

Dam, that's what I thought. I'll speak to the bodyshop as soon as I can. If not I might have to put it up for sale soon.

I meant bringing the loan car on the stand. Im assuming its Z's only
They dont think it will be ready in time. Going to take a while for all the paper work to get authorised before they even start the repair. Plus if the paint aint up to my standard I just wont accept it till its correct
-
I've had a bit of a problem. I've got a stand ticket but someone kindly reversed into my car yesterday. So it now looks like I might not have my z back on the road in time. Im guessing rocking up im my loan car wont be acceptable?

Have a read through this

Id recommend getting the ride hight how you want it and then getting a 4wa. Should help.

Tyre choice
in Tyres
Tyre prices vary depending how common the size is. The more cars that use that size normally are cheaper. I think the original load rating is 95 all round but you prob wont have a problem with 91. My fronts are 91 and weather depending i do alot of what you might call spirited driving and ive never had any issues

Seams i've found this too late for this month, but i'd like a code please when you get the next batch. Thanks
Good times with 350z but time to move on
