  1. Thanks for the comments guys- i've had so many encouraging messages over the past 24 hours regarding the car. I agree- I could remove the exhaust and sell it separately (i'm well aware of their hens teeth nature..) but to be fair, it makes the car and is such a great addition (I was lucky enough to buy it with it fitted myself). I have spent far too many man hours looking after this car and i'd like someone to have it with the same character and enjoy it as I have. The car also has eibach spacers fitted which I was planning on removing prior to sale to fit to the 370z but i'd be happy to negotiate keeping them on the car.
  2. Having loved every minute with my 350z, driving it every day of my 3 years of ownership it is now time to move on having bought a 370z which was too good an opportunity to pass over. After a long hunt, I acquired the car from another avid car enthusiast who worked for Nissan headquarters as an engineer and no expense was spared in its upkeep. Please note car has had new clutch and banana bars (2011), new belts (2011), new roller bearing and fly wheel (2013) and the air con and electric windows work perfectly, as they should do. The front michelin pilot super sport tyres are brand new to match the rear- the car was then laser aligned last month using a Hunter system (generally regarded to be the best there is) which considering UK roads I tend to do around once a year. Only marks on car are low down on the front bumper (these can bee seen in the pic)- common for a low car and could easily be seen to if the buyer wished. Car is washed weekly and waxed every 2 weeks with zymol, autoglym and mer products only, using the two bucket method. Seats are cleaned using gliptone leather cleaner and the matching conditioner 2-3 times a year. I use tar remover and clay bars on the paintwork where and when required. I now work in St. Albans so viewing can be arranged closer to here if needed. 3. Proud to say I'm the new owner of 110 purchased today! Immaculate it was and picking it up next Sunday.
  4. Any pics of the interior and close up on the exhaust? Sadly over 300 miles from me so might be difficult.
  5. Hiya, lovely looking car, what year is it? What tyres are on the car? Thanks!
  6. I'm keeping mine when the time comes, forward facing seats are fine from circa 6 months. It's only rear facing which are the danger.
  7. Nearly 100k? Seems odd? Looks like an atom backwards!
  8. Nice example and the car I'm after- I think there are examples for about 1.5k more with no scratch to sort and around 40k less- I think that's your issue.

Preferably in gunmetal but if consider any colour in good enough shape to fit.
  10. I had to laugh at South Wales attitude to cameras on our trip this weekend- nearly EVERY speed limit sign was alongside a camera sign and yet we probably saw 3 in 700 miles if driving. I assumed they were to allow mobile speed traps to operate (as per law) but to me it just looked like boy calling wolf/ signs cheaper than actual cameras! The traffic light ones do sometimes record speed- I'm pretty sure they need lines on the road regardless though as they need to show the two images of the car on the scale separated by a specific amount of time between shots, in irder to prove the speed during prosecution. To be fair though, if you're speeding through a traffic light you need to look at your driving anyway...
  11. It does work very well, I'm amazed when people say the 350z is noisy though. Try an exige with a race exhaust- then you'll be needing dynamat! It's well proven and although you'll need to strip and will be adding weight to the car, you should achieve what you're after.
  12. I did the same a while back- much nicer and easy to reverse if you ever wanted to. Never sure what people mean about the touch parking- you can't 'dent' plastic and pressure on that plinth will put pressure on the bumper as a whole anyway. Never had an issue in 4 years.
  13. Lovely, and round #807 of me seeing a nismo 370z and trying to work out if I could afford one (doing 20k/year!). I even looked at importing a US one when they hadn't released the UK version yet. Enjoy, they are awesome, very, very rare cars. I have to agree with the stillen/ seat comments but sod it, arguing what colour icing you want on your freshly baked Krispy Kreme?.....a nice problem to have! Enjoy!
  14. Hmm...re those seats, those recaros are a common seat (evora, clio...etc etc)- you could buy some and have them retrimmed with the logo for maybe half what those would cost you to get over here?
  15. Couple of pm's, still no contact- is the pop charger still for sale? There's a couple for sale cheaper on the bay and will prob just go for those if I don't hear back soon.
  16. Brilliant spec and good to see someone looking after it with mobil 1 etc.
  17. May well be interested in the pop charger, pm'd
  18. IIRC it's an option on the up rev (and most other) tunes. So fairly common. Getting above an ACTUAL 155 mph takes a lot of power and distance though, apart from the long straight at the ring (which does have small links anyway) there aren't really any tracks in the uk to get there in a 350z and on the road it'd be very dangerous maxing out to that level. There are vmax track days run but can't say driving fast in a straight line on an airfield is my thing! I've researched it and found some people in the US claiming up to 165/170.
  19. Lol, it's platinum and rhodium, not titanium
  20. 108k 54 plate, not missed a beat
  21. In the 350 I have seen 36.5 on a 300 mile trip, daily see 28 with mixed driving- 28 on a run is appalling for a modern engine which isn't in a supercar!
