  1. After a braided clutch line for my 370z- lots for the 350z but can't find one for the 370z? Good ridge would be ideal but similar would be ok.
  2. It depends what you're after. In the UK, gatso's are radar and mobile speed traps are laser. You're 'do everything' detector would be gps/radar and laser. Snooper and road angel are leading in the area so check out their kit. You will get a LOT of false radar though as shops use it for door openers etc, traffic lights use it to detect cars. A laser speed reading is detected within about 1s so unless you happen to catch a bit of laser radiation which can pinged off another car, by the time you get an alert, you've been caught. Overall, unless you regularly speed in 30 limits (!!) where mobile speed traps are common, a GPS detection system (or simply a file added to a tom Tom with the updated locations- costs £10) will suffice. For what is worth, good observation/ driver training is far better option. Then you'll be looking out for the dangers/ hazards and you'll spot the mobile speed traps a mile off
  3. Front offside drop link- brand new OEM from zmanalex, only removed from packaging to picture: http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&alt=web&id=291397591464
  4. Also recently changed from 350z GT with the bose. The GT is bose yep, the sub is not as punchy (despite having two where the spare should be) but does the job. The front speakers are really quite good but the rears I think are smaller (fade to rear and there's very little there) which I think could do with an upgrade long term. Main issue is the sheer technology of it- I've got the 2010 connect premium and as such, the heater, air con, bluetooth sat nav and all similar functions are one unit- so you can't simply swap it out and use an alpine HU to run amps and speakers like the days of old...
  5. All interesting points here. Always considered doing he 350 but now I have my 370 i do wonder- as its a lot newer. Main concerns are: is 350bhp really not enough for the road (uprev/ na mods)- depending on your type of driving and when/ where. But as mines a DD, how would it be in traffic for example? Second concern is traction. I'm running some decent tyres and there isnt a huge amount of traction. With 450-500 bhp, how much are you going to be able to put down into greasy/ drizzle soaked UK roads? I've seen videos with charged cars struggling. You can get clever TCS (abbey?) but it's very pricey and will still reduce the power. I'd hate to be feathering the throttle on 90% of drives when I could simply press the pedal more on an N/A car. All that said, I'm still tempted!
  6. Pics look great- looks to have spacers on it, what suspension/ how low is that?
  7. Berk/ ARC high flow cats. Stillen Gen3 intake (370z) After these for my 2010 370z, I believe the HFC's are the same for the 350z or 370z, other brand HFC's considered. Thanks in advance!
  8. Look up and buy some 'chip-ex' works wonders and although not cheap, you get what you pay for
  9. Why would you spray bits of a car randomly different colours?! Like it though.
  10. All paid up, thanks mate let me know when they've been sent out.
  11. Pm sent, just waiting to hear back- they're to go on a 370z but Tarmac has said they'll fit
  12. Had one of these on a 306 rallye. Sounded awesome- and cost the princely sum of £250 so someone's going to get a bargain!
  13. FWIW I think this is Internet hearsay, as lots of cars have a helper spring and its a simple matter of moving the drilled hole on the clutch pedal to adjust the fulcrum. It makes the movement more linear so my grandmother could operate the clutch - but badly.
  14. The engine starts by activating a switch at the bottom of travel of the clutch pedal- so it's impossible not to be able to start it during adjustment, as your clutch pedal will always reach the END of its travel? The switch at the top is to disengage the cruise control when the clutch pedal is all then way up- position of this switch can be adjusted but it's fair to say that you could move te pedal lower than its maximum adjustment point so the cruise control would not engage. Is this what you're getting at?
  15. Swapped it for the updated one available on ebay from the US guys that figured out the correct tension and size. Well recommend it... http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&alt=web&id=201111152023 Bite point and feel will be improved, easily fitted and swapped back. Some remove all together and you can try this during fitting if you like.
  16. Mine will only pop when manoevering, not on the syncrorev. Standard cats, identical look to the one here. Sure it is resonated or it would be louder.
  17. This is a subtle, deep sounding exhaust- many suggest it's as the car should have sounded from the factory. There is absolutely no drone whatsoever and it is much quieter than my previous 350z nismo if that is any comparison. The 370 is so refined that the noise really doesn't intrude the cabin. There is the odd pop on the overrun. Solid build, strongly recommend unless you want it really loud.
  18. Feel free to pm me when you've got them- currently can't find hem under £500. Cheers (ps apologies for thread hijack!)
  19. At a guess I'd say that z1 price was a copy- no way Nissan would let them go for £295!
  20. 2015 370z nismo front bumper- rare as hens teeth I should think! http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&alt=web&id=281569189700
  21. How do you move the fulcrum point? Doesn't sound like an easy mod!
  22. Deposit now taken. Car is due to be collected on Friday by a great forum member who will be looking after it just as well!
