I have been looking at that add looks good to me but you can never realy tell without actually looking at the car and seeing how it drives ect

In the end I took it to Long Life in Bicester and they just welded a new section of pipe in to replace the flange that broke. I am still going to change the system next year though I think, thanks for the info guys

Just fitted an Invidia Gemini to mine and it looks and sounds amazing.

 

I did consider the Cobra,but didn't like the way that you could see the bolts holding the tips on and had read bad reviews on fitment for the scorpion.Glad that i spent the extra,perfect fit and you can't see how the tips are held on Oh and it's a true duel

Did not know about the bolts showing on the cobra not so keen now thanks for the info

The tips is what i like about the cobra but Iam currenty thinking of getting a longlife system.

has anyone herd of a brand called Chester or jester?

I do like the sound of the Cobra but it does look different and I imagine fits different so iam still keeping my eyes open at mo.

Hi All

I have been looking around for a replacement for my Exhaust system as my exhaust has broke between the back box and mid section, which reading around here is common.

Does anyone know of a Standard replacement for the OEM exhaust or a stainless steel replica replacement?

My insurance has told me I can have none OEM as long as it does not affect performance, local garages are trying to sell me a Chester exhaust but don’t have a clue about them

Na just asked them about it dont think they even need to know unless they are bigger

Just spoke to Admiral Today they seid it will not matter as long as they dont

increase in size also wont matter if they are drilled or grooved.

Did you tell your insurance about them Matt or should I not worry about it?

How non standard are the discs and pads? if you're swapping to a big brake kit then yes, i'd tell the insurance. But if its exactly the same size discs, and some sort of road pads, then I wouldnt bother IMO.

Just being offered ADL Blueprint discs at the mo from Nissan and wondered if it would effect it

Hi all has anyone used or know much about ADL Blueprint Discs

as I have been offered them from nissan instead of using oem.

I have already asked 3 or 4 forum members about them and had mixed reviews
