Well Im suffering from a "blace ice" incident in december 2010 hit the central reservation and the garage chris knott used charged them £5000 to repair front end, strut damage and a new set of alloys and tyres...........my mate in the trade was gobsmacked how much they charged to repair it! My insurance renewal is now £850 from £450 even though I had protected no claims, I personally think that is outrageous! Thoughts people? Admiral have qouted me £650, so has Elephant, waiting on a sky insurance callback.
