Problem is, that's not technically true so if push came to shove they might not pay out? I explained exactly what it was to the (Indian) guy on the phone, who then asked his manager but they just refused.

I'm trying to add a plenum spacer to my policy as a mod and they won't let me. It doesn't fit into one of their pigeon holes e.g. air filter / exhaust / chip. Searching on here shows that plenty of you are insured legitimately through Admiral with a plenum spacer. Question is, what did you tell them for them to allow it? Cheers

Hello. My first post here. Just bought a 2003 Sunset Orange 350Z GT to use as a weekend / fun car. It's done 100k miles but runs well. Here it is: Immediate plans for it are: Full service at Lockwood & Greenwood (I found them through here) - First and second gear are a little noisy / whiney / crunchy. It doesn't seem like anything too serious but I'll get the garage to look at it to double check. Air filter for a bit more noise (JWT Popcharger?) ECU chip for a bit more poke (research needed) Getting mp3s to work without ripping out the Bose stereo (is this possible?) Getting my iPhone to work with the car's steering wheel (I'm missing the top part of the unit behind the gearstick) I'll have a read through all the threads before posting anything else! Big smile on my face!
