I have 3 Main Dealers near me-Trowbridge , Bath and Salisbury. Does anyone have recommendations for any of these please?

I would like to use a Solar Battery Charger connected to one of the power sockets, but this will only work if the sockets are live without the ignition being turned on. Does anyone know if the sockets are always on?

Any recommendations for a good Nissan Main Dealer or Independant in South Wilts please-I know there are Main Dealers in Bath, Trowbridge and Salisbury which are all convenient for me?
