  1. Hi there, You might well see an 05 roadster tearing round the area this summer! On a serious note, for any servicing/mechanical work you need doing I can highly recommend 'Nistec' right next to Copnor bridge, they know their stuff.
  2. I never really considered a Z until I clicked a dealers link to see what other cars they had other than the vx220 I had initially clicked on, and there it was. 8 hours of research on this very forum and I was sold. The next day after a thorough inspection an 05 350z roadster was mine. I've owned faster cars but as a lot of posts mention, it's the 'grin' factor. Best car I've owned? Definitely. Arguably it looks a bit cack with the roof up but looks the dogs dangly bits with it down, which of course I haven't seen much so far this bloody summer. (march the roof went down 20+ times). With my two audi tt ragtop owning mates down the pub... mate1: I think the tt looks better than your Z with the roof down me: Do people shout 'nice car' when you drive by? mate2: Err, no Enough said.
  3. If you can't get any try http://www.thetreadshop.co.uk/ started by an ex colleague of mine who imports part worns from germany where they have a mad tread depth limit (6mm I think).
  4. Hi all, Tim here, been a Z roadster owner now for 3 weeks. Live in Portsmouth and am looking forward to some of the local(ish) meets. Quick CD system question : It took me 2 weeks and a large traffic jam to finally get round to turning the unit on (exhaust note ftw), basically it didn't. The car has had an after market bluetooth set fitted (some parrot 3500 thingy), after blindly fiddling with it something worked and the unit powered up with the radio coming on. Unfortunately there is no consistency, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, any ideas? Only a slight annoyance with an otherwise perfect car
