  1. Went up to Thruxton this morning with a few mates for a bit of Grand Prix action on the Thunderkarts..

Took the Zed with a petrol head mate Mike in the wing man seat and also had my mate Bri in his TVR Griffith 500 along too..

Being told by Mike that the bark/howl/growl of the Zed at full chat in 2nd (helped by Nismo) sounded better than the lazy chugging TVR V8 :teeth:

Personally i'd question that when the Griff is at full chat but the Zed was on particularly good form today, especially after karting and a slightly spirited drive home still thinking im in a 400cc go-kart

  2. My old ma lives about 20 yards along from the village school, and whenever I drive past it on the way to her house, all the kids are up on the railings waving and shouting! Primary school kids, but better praise than none I guess.

Was swapping the cars over on the drive the other evening and a young girl that lives round the corner walked past, stopped and looked at the Zed, said wow is that a Ferrari how much did that cost.. and then said "one day im going to have a boyfriend with a car like that"!

Made the wife smile.. she was only a youngster bless her

  3. Yep i get this on highly spirited starts. The clutch pedal also can refuse to come up if your being a total di*k.

Also.. walked Great Gable myself the other week. Well worth the scramble!!

Didnt take the Zed on the 660 mile round trip though but wish i had.

  4. Hello all.

The car is a 2007 56 Ebisu Black GT, one of the last 296 coupes, with an approximate mileage today of 38000. The car is only used as an occasional weekend drive so does very little miles.

Car is mostly standard except for Nismo cat back system, Eibach 25mm spacers all round, aero blade wipers and an S2000 stubby ariel.

Features of interest are (GT Pack): Bose, Rays, Bluetooth, Bridgestone RE040’s, cruise control, heated electric leather in Altezan, bi-xennons, LED rear lights.

It was previously owned by Joe Tuckey (a past driver for RJN Motorsport) and sold to me by Alex Buncombe (current RJN Nissan 370Z GT4 works driver and GT academy tutor). Joe bought the car new from Nissan in Banbury and kept it, covered, in a private heated underground car park at his home in London for most of his ownership. RJN then fitted the Nismo exhaust and the Eibach Spacers and looked after the car for a period. It was then serviced by Nissan on schedule throughout its ownership, of which i have done the same. Last service was a P3 in Jan 2011 at Martins of Winchester. MOT is until Jan 2012.

Car has a book full of servicing paperwork and the original purchase receipt. I am only the second owner.

A full valet using clay, Meguires, a mitt (to reduce scratches) is performed on the car at least once a month. The car lives under a car cover in my dry garage all the time it is not being used and has NEVER been used in the rain. This can be seen in the excellent condition of the body work (with the exception of a few stone chips on the front bumper) and by taking a quick look underneath the car to which all underbody components and running gear look like new with no road dirt and grime attached. The interior is in exceptional condition and the engine runs like new.

    £10,000 no offers.

    Cheers for looking,

  5. Straddling the small square ones also fecks up ur alignment/geometary/camber as it puts downward camber pressure on your suspension each time you squeeze over them.

My cousins stock Focus RS had to have the tracking and camber sorted every year as he lived 3/4 mile into a residential area littered with these type of bumps.

One wheel on and one wheel off it the way forward
