has anyone put a 2008 hood onto a 2006 model and below ? does the hood fit correctly

just wanted to say hi to everyone on here and Ill be moving to the UK from the US with the Z and hope to meet you guys. I wanted to share some of the Zs Ive had but dont have any of the one I have now but Im sure Ill get them on here soon when the Mrs replaces my camera she took for a swim. i was in Australia for a while so these are all jspec
