  1. Hi all, I was in the process of fitting new registration plates to the car yesterday and the front plate I have is short (width) than a standard plate so thought I would stick it directly to the black trim area of the bumper. When I took the plate plinth off there was a weird looking bracket underneath it. I've done a quick google and it seems to come back as something to do with the front air bag sensor but I've never seen one on a car before. Do I need the part in question or can I remove it? I assumed I've never seen it before as normally you see pics of US Nismos so their bumper must be slightly different due to them having different plate laws? I've attached two pics, one of the part in question and another of how I've stuck the plate on. You can see a slight bend in the plate where this part is below. Having the plate stuck over the part isn't going to cause any issues is it? I've also attached a parts listing pic of the part. I'm aware it's not exactly central but I figured I'm gonna have to end up moving it potentially.
  2. This was meant to be in the 370 general can a mod move it please. Thank you.

  4. Thanks for the replies guys. They should have plenty of life in them as the car hasn't even hit 15k yet. I'll make sure to speak to Adrian/Torqen for the discs/pads come the time. Horsham Developments would be one hell of a road trip! I'm in between Durham and Newcastle. Am thoroughly enjoying the car taking a bit of getting used to coming from a Suzuki Swift though...
  5. It's not replace what's on there, it's just so that when the time comes I know what to look for. I don't what to get caught short and in a flap just send it to Nissan for discs and pads when I could do the work myself. I just like to be prepared and budget for things Edit: Also thank you both for the prompt reply, it's appreciated.
  6. Hello all, I picked up a 2016 Nismo last weekend and as I like to be organised and prepared in advanced I've been looking at replacement discs and pads. Are there particular ones (sizes) I need to look for? For some reason when I had in my mind the Nismo had slightly larger brakes over a standard car (please correct me if I'm wrong) and if so when I'm searching for replacement parts 370z parts are always just lumped together as 'all variants' Thanks in advance.
