  1. Yes I've pointed that out to them, its UK for one of 176

All import papers though he couldn't id the grade on it - any idea where exactly that would be on the paperwork?

But if its an import it cant be one of the 176 GT4's can it, as they are not imports?

I don't know what im talking about really, but i'm sure someone here can clear this up :)

  2. Is that a GT4?? Its an automatic...Seems nice with the 19" LMGT wheels

would the auto box not mean that it is an import? and therefore not one of the 176 that cam to the UK with the plaque in the back? that would make it the 30th anniversary edition wouldn't it?

sorry if i got this wrong, does look good in that colour though, shame i cant persuade the mrs that yellow is a nice colour!

I would agree, as I have one of the 176 GT4's (in Yellow) and its a UK (manual) version.

  3. My 2005 (27k miles) Yellow GT4 cost £15,995..

Which was more than it was worth in my opinion (I thought 14k was more appropriate), but it was in great condition and i really wanted it..

I dont regret over paying for it though as I love it!!! :D

  4. Not to sound like a geek but its totally normal its air being sucked into the system and filling the space where the fuel used to be. The longer you leave before filling up the louder the noise will be. Hope this helps you out.

Without geeks where would we get all the knowledge from??!! Good info.

    Very true!

    Thanks for the info :)

  5. Hi everyone!

I just joined these forums! :)

I just made my first post about the fuel tank on my recently purchased z in the Technical forum. I got a really quick response, so thanks!! Seems like you have got a great community here! Glad I joined :)

I live in Loughborough in Leicestershire and have recently purchased a Yellow 350z GT4 (in really good condition). I love it!!! The paintwork seems to chip easily though, so im gonna have to learn to patch them up as i find them. I've been a fan of Z's for a while and recently had the money/opportunity to buy one, so I did :D

I would post some Pics, but i'm at work at the moment and don't have any pics with me :)

  6. Hi this is my first post, so go easy on me :)

I recently bought a Yellow 350z GT4 (which I love!!) and have a question about the Fuel Tank.

Whenever I undo the Petrol Cap, air rushes in (at least I think it's rushing in) as if there is a Vacuum inisde the tank. Is this normal?

I'm a little worried that my Fuel tank may be damaged or may even collapse under the pressure..

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks :)
