i ve just done a reset and its bang on 600

cheers mate ive done it, it was ticking over at 900rpm after i cleaned the tb, but ive reset everything and its tickover is 600 all sweet. it might be the clutch slipping a tad, seems better now though are clutches expensive? thx for the help

cant get the ecu reset to work or throttle body reset what am i doing wrong ive followed the instructions to the letter

BEEN OUT TODAY FOR A BLAST NOTICED THAT WHEN IM IN A GEAR HIT THE THROTTLE QUITE HARD THE REVS JUMP UP REALLY FAST AND THEN DROP IS THIS NORMAL FIRST MANUAL IVE HAD FOR 4 YRS COULD IT BE THE CLUTCH IVE TRIED TO DO A RESET BUT I CANT GET IT TO WORK CANT GET THE CEL LIGHT FLASHING INFACT DONT KNOW WHAT THE CEL LIGHT IS IVE NOT GOT ONE ON MINE

i get it when i let my foot of the gas it takes a second for the revs to drop im gonna get some cleaner to clean the throttle body i did it on my tt

how do you remove the power limiter cheers Remap gains depend on the other mods you have fitted, between 10 and 30BHP seems to be the norm. More important might be the removal of the power limiter in lower gears and a smoother a/f mixture plot

advice on what jack to use to do an oil change can i use a trolley jack or axle stands cheers

2nd day of ownership gave her a good clean checked the oil the dip stick is a complete waste of time it dont even read properly does anyones elses do the same also i remove the air filter very easy to find the filter was really dirty but to my amazement there was about a thousand leaves in there had to get the vac out but there a nice car not as well built as the tt which i miss, the sparkplugs look a nightmare to get at anyone got any ideas,

so the stands rest on the sills then
