Its fast road really, dont plan on tracking the Z. I tend to drive it pretty quick each day and the current setup is just....disappointing! I had Ferrodo DS2500's on my DC5 Teg and they were awesome for the price paid. Any suggestions?

Hi guys, ive got a JDM Non Brembo 350Z and need to replace front discs and pads. Was wondering what options I have in replacing these. Ive seen the usual Red Stuff pads (60ish) and EBC Discs (around 100 ish) Is this my best option? (without spending a fortune!) Will upgrade the brake pipes and some new fluid in there too... Oh and the car is totally stock atm.

Hi guys, probably quite an easy q, but I have infinity ref 6522's up front (2 way). Ive got a sub too rated at 225w rms. How important is it matching power to the amp. Its an Infinity ref 7541-a amp but looks like it will underpower the sub. It'll be:

2 x 75w rms + 1 x 180w (for sub)

Any ideas, I could look at getting a new amplifier but wasn't wanting to spend the £'s!

Cheers guys, think ill check ive connected it correctly first then. Ive used the existing speaker cable but ive got some quality cable arriving shortly (should have been here by now!)

check youve got the speakers hoked up right , fresh wire is the best way by miles.

as for base , youve got a huge unused space behind you ! and 8 will fit in there easy and a 10 looks pretty do able if you dont mind it not faceing straight out.

Just wondering about the sub idea, have you gone down this route? I was reading a few posts on here and other 350z forums and no-one seemed to be very happy with the results. A bit rattly etc. If i made a template, could I just bolt an 8" directly to the existing bose plate? Then dynamat everywhere....

Hi guys, as above, need some help! Ive got the non bose system and decided to fit my pioneer avh-p3100 at the weekend which did transform the sound. I thought id go further and replace the OEM front speakers with Infinity Ref 6022i's I had in the previous car....now it sounds rubbish! The sound is certainly clearer/crisper but the bass has gone and once the bass is turned up, it sounds terrible! It sounds 'punchy' if that makes sense!

Im not using an amp/sub at the moment and ideally dont want to go down that route. By replacing the speakers for another set, say, JL Audio Components, will this cure the problem? Or could I leave it as is and buy an 'under seat sub' - Anyone with experience with one of these would be great! I would have been better off keeping the OEM speakers (but they are now butchered lol )

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi there, im new to 350zs' and mine has 20" rims. I need to replace the tyres shortly and wondered what size was needed.I don't want the car to handle badly so what would be ideal for 20's. (I have 18's coming my way shortly)

They are: Rear 275/30/20 and Front 245/35/20. Why are the fronts 35? Or is that correct lol!
