so ive decided i want to sell up for a change ,this car has been exellent and has wanted for nothing its extreemly fast with the combination of vtec and the supercharger with the hondata k-pro ecu the vtec engages at 4.5k then kicks in again with more aggression at 6k with the supercharger whining all the way through the car has been maintained regardless of cost and was professional undersealed last year , 54,000 may change but not much as its justa a weekend toy

im a previous owner of a 350z but for certain circumstances i had to sell it much earlyer than i intended so im possibly looking to px my teg with another 350z (must be a mint 350)

the bonnet is just mat black primer mate

its monster unit guys , go on bebo or face book and look up monster unit , if your from scotland no doubt you will have herd of them , they win best club stand at basicly evrything they go to youl see us at crail this sunday , porche gt3 600+bhp civic , tommy mac evo to name just a few of there cars and ovcourse my zed , mite not be to everyones taste though , whats the thoughts on the bonnet ? spray it black gunmetal or wrap carbon ???

yeah rtbiscuit i was thinking about that do the bonnet the roof and the spoiler fin in carbon wrap

yeah Dblock alex had a look for me he found that it wasent running lean so im glad im not doing the car damage by driving it , so i have a burst in my exhaust somewhere so 1st things 1st get that fixed and then get abbey to do a reflash or if they dont end up coming to scotland then il take a trip to RS

as the title says i got a new bonnet today (thanks alex ) i went to zmanalex today for other reasons and came away skint lol i couldnt resist when i seen all the zed parts he has its a zed owners heven there

now i just have to decide what to do , spray it black ? spray it gunmetal ? carbon wrap ? what do yous think?

i dont think im lewis hamilton but i dont need lessons just because i got bad quater mile times i think 15s are not a bad time for a car that had under 200bhp and very heavy , anyway thanks for the help evryone didnt realise i was getting anoying , ive just been worrying as im sure yous can understand

If you're getting air in there you're in serious danger of melting something soon.

yeah , i bought the car with the mods so not sure who done it will a map sort this or do you think i should get rid of the plenum spacer ?

Am I completely invisible? Did my suggestion to go and do a run in 3rd gear from 30-70 and time it magically disappear from the server?

sorry mate i cant do that as i said the car is running lean , the guy that done the dyno advised me not to rev over 5k hense the reason i want this sorted asap

ok so the plan is now get a full service and diagnostic chek and wait to hear when abbey are coming up if its too far away i might take a trip to rs tuning as UNABASHED said but hopefuly abbey are coming up sooner rather than later , do yous think that should solve the problem , sorry i know its hard to tell without looking at the car but i just want someone to say its fine it will be easy and cheap to sort

You would notice 100bhp missing from the Zed. It would feel as slow as a Fiesta.

 

yup it is it get 15 second quater miles im going to have some one look at the car and hopefuly resolve the problem

 

 

stop using quarter miles as a gauge of performance

 

its not an accurate measure of a cars performance

 

take it to someone who knows the zed and get it sorted properly

 

your just wasting money suing randoms to read a dyno output, you need someone who actually understands the Zed

My old blue one 2005 roadster GT came out at 191 at the wheels and my overall BHP was 257 and 222 torq...... I was too gutted which then made me buy a newer 313 roadster zed.........

its an import mate , all 3 runs where roughly the same outcome heres a pic poor quality i know but you can see the results

done 3 runs in 4th gear

197 @ flywheel............... can't be right!

i dont have a scanner ill take a pic if that helps i have plenum spacer k1 exhaust pippercross induction oil cooler , i think thats all thats done to the engine

the guy told me it is running lean it was a dyno dynamics 3 runs in 4th gear

yeah i have the printouts , not sure what you mean by correction

Do you have the print off to hand? get them scanned in....im having trouble believing your car ran 197bhp at the fly
