Hi everyone,
I am from Belgium and drive a 350z since 2005. I loved the Z but after 2 years wanted something more. So I bought an APS twin turbo kit. I took my car to a local tuner to get it installed. It made 530hp and 600Nm. To much for a standard block apparently and he blew it up. After a lot of problems I decided to continue my quest for power and I bought a fully built block from injected performance. 3.5l sleeved, cosworth big valve heads, ... Capable of a lot of horsepower. I assembled the block and turbo's myself this time. Everything correct. Put the car back together and drive off to get it tuned. What happens next is shitty. The tuner has a reputation for like 10 years of service. He does a very, very bad tune on the new engine, and guess what. Engine failure. He took out my oil ( was the wright one ), puts wrong oil in the new engine and caused a lot of damage. Not enough lubrication in the engine => failure.
After three years of failure, I finally found a good tuner here with the wright skills for high hp cars. Now we are building my car from the ground up again.
4.3l stroker kit, cosworth heads, aps extreme tt kit ( for now), ...
In march, the car will finally run again. We are hoping for 700hp.
At the end of 2010, we will take the project one step further, and aim for 1000kw with other turbo's, and some other modifications.
And for the people interested, I have a new short block for sale because I now have the 4.3l stroker.
